Definitions
- the invention relates to a construction system according to the preamble of claim 1 Specified genus and furniture made from it.
- Construction systems of this type are known in numerous variants (DE 89 13 643 U1, DE 41 04 754 C2, EP 0787 907 A2). They are characterized in that the receiving openings of the support elements on the connecting sleeves and by clamping or Screw connections are connected to the latter.
- Pure clamp connections allow easy assembly, but also an unwanted one Pull off the support elements from the connecting sleeves and are therefore used in most Use cases considered insufficiently stable.
- Made with screws or Supported clamp connections are sufficiently safe to pull off, but not easy to assemble, because the screws are usually longer than pipes trained support elements must be tightened, which is cumbersome and special screwing tools required.
- Pure screw connections, e.g. those with in Finally, fastening screws to be inserted into the cross holes also lead to cumbersome manipulations during assembly and disassembly and are in particular then undesirable or unusable if the supporting elements on their outer circumferences with longitudinal slots to accommodate mostly plate-shaped wall or floor parts are provided.
- the invention has the advantage that the connecting sleeves in a first assembly step attached to the node elements using the fastening screws and in a second process step, the support elements are attached to the connecting sleeves until the snap noses snap into the cross holes and thereby create axially positive and / or non-positive connections that are more stable than Common clamp connections are.
- FIG. 1 and 2 show a support element 1 according to the invention, which is preferred, but not necessarily has a square cross section and four side surfaces 2. At least one of the side surfaces 2 is provided with a groove 3 which is continuous in the longitudinal direction provided, which serves to accommodate a side, wall or bottom part, e.g. on Cabinet or shelf to be made.
- Support element 1 also from a straight, continuously hollow tube, thereby its two ends automatically create connection openings 4, the four wall sections 5 are surrounded or limited.
- the support elements 1 can also consist of solid rods, which form the connection openings 4 at their ends Cavities are provided.
- At least one, preferably two or even all wall sections 5 are at the ends with transverse holes 6 with any desired, preferably square or rectangular Provide cross sections.
- a central axis of the tubular support element 1 is with the Reference numeral 7 indicated (Fig. 1).
- Node elements serve for the mutual connection of the support elements 1 at their ends 8 according to FIGS. 3 to 5, which preferably have essentially the shape of a cube and have six identical, square end faces 9. At least one in the center, A hole 10 is preferably provided in each of the end faces 9.
- the Holes 10 form three continuous channels crossing each other in the center, but also after Kind of blind holes formed holes in a solid core 11 of the respective Elements 8
- the end faces 9, like the six faces of a cube, are preferred even and arranged in pairs perpendicular to each other.
- the end faces 12 of the Support elements 1 are preferably also arranged flat and perpendicular to the axis 7.
- the central axes of the holes 10 are preferably perpendicular to the end faces 9.
- Connection sleeves are used to fasten the support elements 1 and node elements 8 to one another 14, which can be inserted into the connection openings 4 of the support elements 1 Components exist.
- Such a connecting sleeve is shown in FIGS. 6 to 8. 6 to 8, the connecting sleeve 14 has a lengthwise direction Passage 15 with a preferably straight central axis 16.
- An inner one Passage 15 delimiting lateral surface of the connecting sleeve 14 is with a step 17th provided through which the passage 15 is provided with a cross-sectional constriction in such a way is that it is adjacent to a first longitudinal end 18a of the connecting sleeve 14 Section 15a with a large cross section and one at a second longitudinal end 18b of the Connecting sleeve 14 bordering section 15b with a reduced cross section having.
- the step 17 serves to support the head 19 in the connecting sleeve 14 insertable fastening screw 20 (FIG. 9), if its starting from the head 19 Threaded portion extends through the portion 15b of the passage 15 at the same time.
- the connecting sleeve 14 is radially behind with at least one each provided on the outside protruding snap nose 21. This is designed and on the Connecting sleeve 14 arranged so that when the connecting sleeve 14 with its Longitudinal end 18a is inserted in one of the connection openings 4, in an associated one Can snap or snap cross hole 6 and thereby the connecting sleeve 14th against unwanted pulling out of the support element 1 in the opposite Direction.
- the outer cross sections of the connecting sleeves 14 preferably essentially with the inner cross sections of the connection openings 4 identical, so that a wobble-free seat of the support elements 1 on the connecting sleeves 14 results.
- these cross sections are square, so that the Support elements 1 are also arranged non-rotatably on the connecting sleeves 15, which is Stability reasons is preferred.
- connection sleeves 14 With the help of the angular arrangements of the snap noses 21 on the outer circumferences of the connecting sleeves 14 and the transverse holes 6 on the inner circumferences of the connection openings 4 can be preselected, the position of the connecting sleeves 14 after assembly to take the support elements 1.
- the node elements 8 and the connecting sleeves 14 are provided with means which in Direction of the longitudinal axis 16 are plugged into one another and then in to the longitudinal axes 16 vertical directions cause positive locking, i.e. both relative shifts perpendicular to the longitudinal axes 16 and relative rotary movements about the longitudinal axes 16 to make impossible.
- This will significantly increase the stability and Torsional rigidity of a construction made with the described components as well as a clear positioning (positional accuracy) of the different components reached each other.
- the means provided on the node elements 8 are in the exemplary embodiment by in at least one of the end faces 9 (FIGS. 3 to 5) machined, cross-shaped grooves 23, the means provided on the connecting sleeves 14, on the other hand, as in these grooves 23 matching, cross-shaped approaches 24 (Fig. 6 to 8) realized.
- the latter are at least from end faces 25 of the longitudinal ends arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal axes 16 18b of the connecting sleeves 14 in such a way that they also form a cross, such as 6 shows in particular.
- the lugs 24 are preferably designed so that they can be inserted with a press fit into the grooves 23, so that even during the pre-assembly, i.e.
- connection Before the fastening screws 20 are screwed in, a relatively stable Lets establish connection.
- the length of the lugs 24 in the direction of the longitudinal axis 16 is at most equal to the depth of the grooves 23, so that sections 24 of the lugs are free End faces 25 brought up to the end faces 9 of the node elements 8 can be.
- the width of the lugs 24 is finally chosen so that they do not have the outer contour of the remaining part of the connecting sleeves 14 also protrude can be inserted into the connection openings 4.
- the snap noses 21 can be provided in different variants. At the in 6 to 8 the variant shown are the snap noses 21 as projecting radially Approaches at free ends of resilient tongues 26 formed by one-sided open Slots 27 are made in associated side walls 28 of the connecting sleeves 14 and in middle parts of these are connected to the side walls 28. The snap noses 21 thereby come at the longitudinal ends facing away from the cruciform projections 24 18a of the connecting sleeves 14 to lie. Set the slot length and material thickness here the spring properties of the tongues fastened on one side to the connecting sleeves 14 26 firm. Alternatively, it would be possible to show the lengths of the connecting sleeves 14 in FIGS.
- the resilient tongues would be made of resilient, on both sides with the connecting sleeves 14 firmly connected webs exist in a central area with the Snap noses 21 would be provided. It would also be possible to have the snap tabs 21 e.g. resilient in the manner of barbs and e.g. to be trained so that when they are inserted the connecting sleeves 14 are displaced into the support elements 1 in recesses which are formed in the side walls 28 of the connecting sleeves 14, and after reaching spring back the transverse holes 6. Another option is the snap noses to be formed as comparatively rigid projections on the side walls 28.
- a particularly preferred embodiment of snap noses 31 according to the invention is 10 to 12 using a further embodiment of an inventive Connection sleeve 14 shown.
- the same parts have the same reference numerals as shown in Figs. 6 to 8.
- the snap lugs 31 are resilient at one end Tongues 32 formed which, in contrast to FIGS. 6 to 8 with their other, of the Snap noses 31 distal ends are connected to a web 33 which one to the Longitudinal end 18a forms an encircling annular section, of which the side walls 28 go out of the connecting sleeve 14.
- the tongues 32 are parallel to the longitudinal axis 16 extending longitudinal slots 34 and through transverse to the ends of the Snap lugs 31 delimiting and lying in central sections of the side walls 28 Cross slots 35 are formed in the side walls 28.
- the tongues 32 according to the material properties of the used, preferably made of plastic existing material of the connecting sleeves 14 springs, in particular to their Bridge 33 bordering areas. In the normal state, the snap lugs 31 project radially beyond the surface of the side walls 28 (Fig. 12).
- the snap lugs 31 initially by bending the tongues 32 pressed radially inwards until those snap lugs 31 which have a transverse hole 6 is assigned, finally snap into this.
- Front sides of the snap lugs 31 are preferably designed as insertion bevels 36, while the rear sides of the snap lugs 31 are expediently perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 16 run to an unwanted pulling out of the connecting sleeves 14 from the recordings 4 to complicate.
