Claims (11)

  1. Dokumentenhalter (1) zum Abheften eines Dokuments (2) ohne geeignete Perforationen für Ring- oder Briefordner, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß er folgende Elemente aufweist:
    einen Rücken (4) mit Perforationen (5), die den Ringen oder Klammern des Ordners entsprechen und in der Nähe einer seiner Längskanten (6) liegen und der an einer der Seiten des Dokuments (2) anliegt,
    einem ringförmigen Teil (7), der mit dem Rücken (4) über die querliegenden Ränder (8, 9) fest verbunden ist,
    und daß der Rücken (4) und der ringförmige Teil (7) das Umschließen des Dokuments (2) über dessen teilweise oder gesamte Dicke (3) ermöglichen, um es zu halten.
  2. Dokumentenhalter (1), zum Abheften eines Dokuments (2) ohne geeignete Perforationen in einen Ring- oder Briefordner gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der ringförmige Teil (7) aus mindestens 2 Einschlägen (11, 12) besteht, die jeder mit einem querliegenden Rand (8, 9) des Rückens (4) verbunden sind und auf oder in das Dokument eingeklappt werden können, um dieses zu umfassen.
  3. Dokumentenhalter (1) zum Abheften eines Dokuments (2), ohne geeignete Perforationen in einen Ring- oder Briefordner gemäß Patentanspruch 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß:
    die Einschläge (10, 11) Verbindungselemente (12, 13) für ihre freien Enden (14, 15) aufweisen, wenn sie eingeklappt sind.
  4. Dokumentenhalter (1) zum Abheften eines Dokuments (2) ohne geeignete Perforationen in einen Ring- oder Briefordner gemäß Patentanspruch 2 oder 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß mindestens ein Einschlag mehrere Faltzonen (16) in bezug auf den Rücken (4) besitzt, um den Dokumentenhalter (1) an verschiedene Höhen oder Dicken der Dokumente anzupassen.
  5. Dokumentenhalter (1) zum Abheften eines Dokuments (2) ohne geeignete Perforationen in einen Ring- oder Briefordner gemäß Patentanspruch 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß er Verbindungselemente am Rücken (4) und am Längsrand des ringförmigen Teils (7) auf Seite der Perforationen (5) des Rückens (4) besitzt, um ein Futteral (17) zu bilden, die eine zweite Abheftungsart des Dokuments (2) auf dem Dokumentenhalter (1) durch Einlegen gestattet.
  6. Dokumentenhalter (1) zum Abheften eines Dokuments (2) ohne geeignete Perforationen in einen Ring- oder Briefordner gemäß Patentanspruch 5, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Verbindungselemente aus einem oder mehreren Zungen (18) bestehen, die mit dem Rücken (4) eine Einheit bilden und sich auf der Oberfläche des ringförmigen Teils (7) elastisch abstützen.
  7. Dokumentenhalter (1) zum Abheften eines Dokuments (2) ohne geeignete Perforationen in einen Ring- oder Briefordner gemäß Patentanspruch 6, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Zungen (18) durch Ausschnitte in der Oberfläche des Rückens (4) hergestellt werden.
  8. Dokumentenhalter (1) zum Abheften eines Dokuments (2) ohne geeignete Perforationen in einen Ring- oder Briefordner gemäß Patentanspruch 5 bis 7, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß er ein Blockierelement (19) für das Dokument aufweist, das dessen Befestigung auf dem Dokumentenhalter (1) ergänzt.
  9. Dokumentenhalter (1) zum Abheften eines Dokuments (2) ohne geeignete Perforationen in einen Ring- oder Briefordner gemäß Patentanspruch 8, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß das Blockierelement (19) in einer, im Rücken (4) gebildeten Vertiefung (21) einliegt, wodurch verhindert wird, daß das Blockierelement (19) über die maximalen Abmessungen des Rückens (4) hinausgeschoben wird.
  10. Dokumentenhalter (1) zum Abheften eines Dokuments (2) ohne geeignete Perforationen in einen Ring- oder Briefordner gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 9, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß er aus einem einzigen Blatt aus kartoniertem Papier oder Plastik besteht.
  11. Dokumentenhalter (1) zum Abheften eines Dokuments (2) ohne geeignete Perforationen in einen Ring- oder Briefordner gemäß Patentanspruch 1 bis 4 oder 10, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Rücken (4) und der ringförmige Teil (7) das Dokument über einen Teil seiner Dicke (3) umschließen.
