Description

Einrichtung mit Sanitär- und/oder Küchenkomponenten
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einrichtung mit Sanitär- und/oder Küchenkomponenten, mit einer zentralen Aufnahme der Medienanschlüsse, bei denen wenigstens ein Elektroanschluss, ein Frischwasser-, ein Abwasser-, ein Abluftanschluss und/oder weitere Anschlüsse enthalten sind.
Es existiert eine grosse Anzahl von ungenutzten, im Rohbau befindlichen Gebäuden, insbesondere Lager-, Industrie- und/oder Gewerbegebäuden mit einem oder mehreren Stockwerken. Da diese Gebäude in der Regel weder mit Frischwasserzufuhr- und Abwasserleitungen noch mit Abluftleitungen versehen sind, besteht ein Problem darin, dass es aufwendig und aufgrund der damit verbundenen hohen Investitionskosten unrentabel ist, diese nachträglich mit Sanitärinstallationen und/oder mit Kücheneinrichtungen zu versehen.
Bei einer bekannten Sanitärzelle zum Einbau in Wohnräume nach der Druckschrift DE-A-34 24 194 ist ein im wesentlichen kubisches Gehäuse vorgesehen, in welchem die notwendigen Wasseranschlüsse, Mittel für eine gesteuerte Lüftung mit Anschlüssen an den Seitenwänden sowie eine Spülvorrichtung und die entsprechenden Verteilerleitungen vorgesehen sind. Neben diesem Gehäuse, in welchem all diese Leitungen enthalten sind, werden dann in konventioneller Weise eine WC-Schüssel, eine Badewanne, ein Waschbecken oder ähnliches am Gehäuse oder an der Gebäudewand montiert und mit den vom Gehäuse ausgehenden Leitungen verbunden. Diese Anschlussleitungen müssen daher wie üblich durch die Gebäudewände geführt werden, was mit einem entsprechenden Montageaufwand verbunden ist. Auch das Gehäuse selbst ist massiv gebaut und muss daher am Installationsplatz zusammengebaut werden. Eine solche Zelle ist daher teuer, insbesondere wenn mehrere von denen in einem Gebäude installiert werden müssen. Ferner beschränkt sich diese Zelle für sanitärische Einrichtungen. Bei leerstehenden Gebäuden besteht aber auch das Erfordernis, Kücheneinrichtungen installieren zu können.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung wurde demgegenüber die Aufgabe zugrundegelegt, eine Einrichtung mit Sanitär- und/oder Küchenkomponenten nach der eingangs erwähnten Gattung zu schaffen, welche einfach und kostengünstig herstellbar ist und darüberhinaus problemlos in ein neues oder bestehendes Gebäude oder als provisorische Einrichtung montiert bzw. demontiert werden kann. Ferner sollen mit ihr auch die Anschlussleitungen schnell und ohne grossen Aufwand verlegt werden können und die einzelnen Einrichtungen, wie zum Beispiel eine integrierte WC -Einheit und/oder eine Küchen-Einheit etc., sollen unabhängig von den Gebäudewänden montierbar sein. Die Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäss dadurch gelöst, dass für die zentrale Aufnahme der Medienanschlüsse eine Adaptereinheit vorgesehen ist, an welche eine oder mehrere Sanitär- und/oder Küchenkomponenten befestigbar sind, wobei die Adaptereinheit als auch die an dieser montierbaren Sanitär- und/oder Küchenkomponenten insbesondere als Fertigelemente hergestellt sind.
Diese erfindungsgemässe Einrichtung las st sich somit einfach und kostengünstig herstellen, mit ihr kann ein Einbau von Sanitär- und/oder Küchenkomponenten unabhängig von den baulichen Gegebenheiten und praktisch an einen frei wählbaren Standort im Gebäude erfolgen. Zudem zeichnet sie sich dadurch aus, dass sie in verschiedenen Kombinationen mit solchen Sanitär- und/oder Küchenkomponenten zusammengestellt werden kann.
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sowie weitere Vorteile derselben sind nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

Fig. l zeigt eine Einrichtung 10 mit Sanitär- und Küchenkomponenten, welche sich insbesondere dazu eignet, in leerstehende Lager-, Industrieoder Gewerbegebäude oder auch in provisorische Gebäudeeinrichtungen installiert zu werden. Bei dieser Einrichtung 10 ist gattungsmässig eine zentrale Aufnahme der Medienanschlüsse vorgesehen, namentlich ein Elektro- 12, ein Frischwasser- 15, ein Abwasser- 13 sowie ein Abluftanschluss 14, welche in einem teilweise veranschaulichten vertikalen Rohr 11 enthalten sind.
Erfindungsgemäss ist für die zentrale Aufnahme der Anschlussleitungen eine Adaptereinheit 20 vorgesehen, an welche eine oder mehrere Sanitär- und Küchenkomponenten befestigbar sind, wobei die Adaptereinheit 20 als auch die an dieser montierbaren Sanitär- und Küchenkomponenten insbesondere als Fertigelemente hergestellt sind.
Die Adaptereinheit 20 besteht aus einer Sockelplatte 22 und einem auf dieser stehenden kastenförmigen Gehäuse 21. An dieser Adaptereinheit 20 sind seitlich definierte Auflageflächen und nicht näher gezeigte Verbindungsstecker oder dergleichen vorhanden, an welche die einzelnen Fertigelemente als Module oder Komponenten passend montierbar sind. Vorliegend sind auf der hinteren Seite dieser Adaptereinheit 20 eine Duschkabine 31, neben dieser eine WC-Kabine 33 und dazwischen ein nicht sichtbares, in der Adaptereinheit 20 integriertes Handwaschbecken als Sanitär- komponenten angeordnet. Indessen auf der vorderen Seite der Adaptereinheit sind ein Geräteschrank 26 und die Küchenkomponenten, namentlich zwei Spülbecken 28, ein Wasserhahn 29, ein oder mehrere Kochplatten 27, ein Abzug 29 für die Abluft, eine Ablagefläche 25 sowie mehrere Schubladen 25' vorgesehen. Beim Geräteschrank 26 kann je nach Wunsch bspw. ein Kühlschrank, ein Backofen, ein Putzschrank, eine Waschmaschine oder dergleichen vorgesehen sein.
Die Dusch- 31 und die WC-Kabine 33 sind vorzugsweise aus einem Kunststoffmaterial, beispielsweise aus einem faserverstärkten Polymerce- ment, in einer Form als Fertigelement hergestellt. Diese Kabinen wie auch die anderen Fertigelemente sind hierbei in ihrer Höhe und Länge derart dimensioniert, dass sie als fertige Komponenten in bestehende Gebäude gebracht werden können, ohne dass sie in Einzelteile zerlegt angeliefert werden müssten. Die Querschnittsflächen der Kabinen sind daher kleiner als die lichte Öffnung der Türen vorgesehen, wobei diese Kabinen mit Vorteil in gekippter, horizontaler Ausdehnung durch die Türen gebracht werden.
Für die Beleuchtung dieser Einrichtung 10 sind zwei auf der Adaptereinheit 20 schwenkbar angeordneten Lampen 35 vorhanden. Diese können entweder oberhalb der Küchenkomponenten oder über die Luken 32 auf der Oberseite der Kabinen 31, 33 geschwenkt werden. Dies ergibt wiederum eine einfache Montage dieser Lampen 32 und es erübrigt sich jegliche Elektroinstallation in diesen Kabinen.
Fig.2 zeigt die Einrichtung 10, bei der die Adaptereinheit 20 sowie die Küchenkomponenten teilweise geschnitten dargestellt sind, hierdurch die Anschlüsse sowie die diversen Geräte in der Adaptereinheit 20 ersichtlich sind. Es sind dies ein Verteilerkasten 36 für die Elektroanschlüsse, ein ausserhalb der WC-Kabine 33 angeordneter Spülkasten 38 für das WC, ein Heisswassertank 37 sowie ein Abzugskasten 39 für die Abluft. Der Spülkasten 38 ist hydraulisch vom Innern der Kabine 33 bedienbar. Der Abluftanschluss 14 ist über Verzweigungsleitungen 14' mit dem Abzugskasten 39, der Duschkabine 31 sowie der WC-Kabine 33 verbunden. Das Gehäuse 21 ist mit Vorteil zwei- oder mehrteilig ausgebildet, damit es zum einen erst nach der fertigen Montage der Geräte geschlossen und zum andern bei einem Gerätedefekt schnell geöffnet werden kann.
Fig.3 zeigt die als Fertigelement hergestellte Adaptereinheit 20 sowie das vertikal an dieser befestigte Rohr 11. Es sind die von der Sockelplatte 22 und dem Gehäuse 21 gebildeten Auflageflächen ersichtlich, welche vorliegend für die Aufnahme der Kabinen 31, 33 dienen. Zwischen diesen Auflageflächen ist als weiterer Vorteil das Handwaschbecken 24 unmittelbar in der Adaptereinheit 20 integriert. Ausserdem sind Verbindungs Stecker 13', 15' für die Frischwasser- bzw. Abwasserzufuhr zur WC-Kabine angedeutet. Bei diesen Verbindungssteckern 13 ', 15' kann es sich um handelsübliche Komponenten handeln.
Bei einem Gebäude 50 gemass Fig.4 sind drei Etagenböden 51, 52, 53 in Explosionsdarstellung veranschaulicht. Jede Etage dieses Gebäudes 50 ist durch die angedeuteten Wände 54, 55 in Wohn- oder Büroeinheiten unterteilt und mit erfindungsgemässen Einrichtungen 10 ausgestattet. Für die Medienanschlüsse der jeweiligen Einrichtung 10 sind einzig die annähernd in der Mitte von der Adaptereinheit 20 oben und unten vertikal weggehenden Rohren 11 durch die Etagenböden 51, 52, 53 mittels einfach herzu- stellenden Kernbohrungen oder dergleichen zu führen. Im Kellergeschoss 54 sind die Rohre 11 an ein Sammelrohr 58 angeschlossen, welches zu einer Verteilerstation 59 geleitet ist. Mit dieser Darstellung ist nochmals verdeutlicht, dass diese Einrichtungen 10 im Rahmen der Erfindung mit einem geringstmöglichen Aufwand an einer annähernd beliebigen Stelle im Gebäude 50 montiert werden können.
Diese erfindungsgemässe Einrichtung 10 bildet damit eine neuartige Möglichkeit, Sanitär- und Küchenkomponenten unabhängig von den baulichen Gegebenheiten praktisch an einen frei wählbaren Standort im Gebäude zu platzieren, ohne dass hierbei die Komponenten und Rohrleitungen durch eine aufwendige Planung und Montage verlegt werden müssten. Diese Einrichtung eignet sich ganz besonders auch für eine provisorische Installation, bei der sie sich aufgrund ihrer vom Gebäude unabhängigen Montage schnell demontieren und aus dem Gebäude oder dergleichen herausnehmen lässt.
Fig.5 zeigt eine Ausführungsvariante einer Einrichtung 60, die aus- schliesslich aus Sanitärkomponenten, nämlich aus zwei WC-Kabinen 33 und zwei Duschkabinen 31, zusammengestellt ist. Sie könnte in der dargestellten Version auch als provisorisch eingerichtete Toilettenanlage mit bspw. zwei Damen-WCs, einem Pissoir und einem Herren-WC ausgelegt sein. In der Mitte dieser vier symmetrisch zueinander aufgestellten Kabinen 31, 33 ist wiederum eine Adaptereinheit 61 mit einem integrierten Waschbecken 24 vorgesehen, in welcher die Wasserzufuhr- und die Ab- wasserleitung zentral zusammengefasst und durch ein vertikales Rohr 11 weggeführt sind. Bei den Kabinen 31, 33 handelt es sich vorteilhaft um dieselben Fertigelemente wie diejenigen nach Fig. l. Somit können für die verschiedenen Varianten stets dieselben Fertigelemente verwendet werden, was die Herstellungskosten derselben senkt.
Fig.6 zeigt eine erfindungsgemässe Einrichtung 70, bei der in einer einfacheren Ausführung bloss Küchenkomponenten vorgesehen sind. Die Adaptereinheit 71 ist hierbei derart ausgestaltet, dass diese Komponenten nur einseitig an ihr angebaut sind und ein Rohr 11 nur nach unten vorgesehen ist. Die Adaptereinheit 71 weist wiederum ein kastenförmiges Gehäuse und eine Sockelplatte auf und es sind auf ihr die schwenkbaren Lampen 35 angeordnet. Seitlich an dieser Adaptereinheit 71 sind die Küchenkomponenten, namentlich Kochplatten 77, eine Ablagefläche 75 und ein Spülbecken 28 vorgesehen. Zur Reinigung der Abluft kann in der Adaptereinheit ein Filterelement eingesetzt werden.
Die Erfindung ist damit ausreichend dargetan. Sie könnte selbstverständlich noch durch weitere Varianten erläutert werden. So könnten als Komponenten auch ein Geschirrspüler, ein Küchenschrank, Tablare oder ähnliches vorgesehen sein. Auch bei den Sanitärkomponenten könnten zum Beispiel ein Spiegelschrank oder ein Spiegel oder ähnliches vorgesehen sein.

Einrichtung mit Sanitär- und/oder Küchenkomponenten, mit einer zentralen Aufnahme der Medienanschlüsse, bei denen je wenigstens ein Elektroanschluss (12), ein Frischwasser- (15), ein Abwasser- (13), ein Abluftanschluss (14) und/oder weitere Anschlüsse enthalten sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die zentrale Aufnahme der Medienanschlüsse eine Adaptereinheit (20, 61, 71) vorgesehen ist, an welche eine oder mehrere Sanitär- und/oder Küchenkomponenten befestigbar sind, wobei die Adaptereinheit (20, 61, 71) als auch die an dieser montierbaren Sanitär- und/oder Küchenkomponenten insbesondere als Fertigelemente hergestellt sind.
2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sanitär- und/oder Küchenkomponenten derart dimensioniert sind, dass sie als Fertigelemente ins Gebäude (50) angeliefert werden können, ohne in Einzelteile zerlegbar zu sein.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Sanitärkomponenten je wenigstens eine Duschkabine (31), eine WC- Kabine (33), eine Kabine mit Pissoir, ein Waschbecken und/oder ähnliches bzw. als Küchenkomponenten wenigstens ein Waschbecken (28), eine oder mehrere Kochplatten (27), ein Geschirrspüler, ein Geräteschrank (26), ein Kühlschrank, ein Backofen, ein Geschirrspüler, Tablare und/oder ähnliches wahlweise einsetzbar sind.

Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Adaptereinheit (20) eine Sockelplatte (22) sowie ein kastenförmiges Gehäuse (21) aufweist und an ihr definierte Auflage- flachen und Verbindungsstecker oder dergleichen vorhanden sind, an welche die einzelnen Sanitär- und/oder Küchenkomponenten als Komponenten passend montierbar und die Medienanschlüsse zu diesen herstellbar sind.
5. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf den Boden stellbare Adaptereinheit (20, 61, 71) länglich ausgebildet ist und an ihren Längsseiten die Sanitär- und/oder Küchenkomponenten einseitig oder beidseitig anbaubar sind.
6. Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Adaptereinheit (20) ein nach oben und/oder nach unten vertikal weggehendes Rohr (11) aufweist.
7. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr (11) mit den Medienanschlüssen im installierten Zustand sich vertikal durchs Gebäude (50) erstreckt und durch eine im jeweiligen Etagenbo- den (51, 52, 53) eines Gebäudes (50) oder dergleichen hergestellte Kernbohrung ragt.
8. Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die WC- (33) und die Duschkabine (31) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial, beispielsweise aus einem gegossenen faserverstärkten Polymere ement, gefertigt sind.
9. Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Vorhandensein einer WC-Kabine (33) ein Spülkasten (38) vorgesehen ist, der ausserhalb der Kabine in der Adaptereinheit (20) und von der WC-Kabine aus bedienbar ist.

Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Adaptereinheit (20) Verzweigungsleitungen (14'), ein elektrischer Verteilerkasten (36), ein Heisswassertank (37) und/oder ähnliches integriert sind, auf ihr eine Beleuchtung der Sanitär- und/oder Küchenkomponenten von einer oder mehreren Lampen (35) gebildet ist.
11. Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Adaptereinheit (20) wenigstens eine integrierte Sanitär- und/oder Küchenkomponente, zum Beispiel ein Waschbecken (24), aufweist.
