Claims (23)

  1. Verfahren zum Verlegen von Anzeigebändern (5) auf einer Anzeigetafel, die in mehrere teilweise Tafeln (2-4; 43) unterteilt ist, die jeweils Längsränder (6, 7) und zwei Vorderränder (8, 9) aufweisen, die Folgendes umfassen
    ein Schneiden des Plakats in Bänder, die eine Vorderseite und eine Rückseite aufweisen,
    ein Kleben zwischen der Rückseite jedes Bands und einem ersten einseitigem Klebeband und/oder zwischen der Vorderseite jedes Bands und einem zweiten einseitigen Klebeband aus durchsichtigem Material,
    ein Einfügen eines Vorderteils des Plakatbands (5), das so mit mindestens einem einseitigen Klebeband versehen ist, an einem ersten Ende der teilweisen Tafel zwischen der teilweisen Tafel und entlang jedes Längsrands (6, 7) dieser teilweisen Tafel mit mindestens einem Rückhalteelement (13, 14; 47) versehen ist, das sich derart erstreckt, dass es mindestens eine Randzone des Bands abdeckt, und
    nach dem oben genannten Einfügen ein Anlegen einer Schub- und/oder Zugkraft auf diesen vorderen Teil, so dass das Band (5) zu einem zweiten Ende der teilweisen Tafel, das dem ersten Ende entgegen gesetzt ist, mit Gleiten des Bands zwischen der teilweisen Tafel und dem mindestens einen Rückhalteelement (13, 14; 47) mitgenommen wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner vor dem Kleben ein ununterbrochenes Zuführen des ersten und/oder zweiten einseitigen Klebebands aufweist und dann, nach dem Kleben und dem Schneiden, ein Aufwickeln des ersten und/oder zweiten einseitigen Klebebands, das nacheinander alle geschnittenen Bänder (5) eines Plakats trägt, in Form einer Spule, ein Abwickeln ausgehend von dieser eines ersten aufgerollten Plakatbands (5) mit Einfügen seines vorderen Teils auf der teilweisen Tafel und, am Ende des Gleitens, ein Abtrennen des ersten und/oder zweiten Klebebands in der Nähe eines Hinterrands des ersten Bands, dann ein Abwickeln eines zweiten aufgerollten Plakatbands auf eine benachbarte teilweise Tafel und so weiter.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es das Kleben des ersten und/oder zweiten einseitigen Klebebands auf das geschnittene Band aufweist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es das Kleben zwischen dem ersten und/oder zweiten einseitigen Klebeband und dem nicht geschnittenen Plakat und das Schneiden des Plakats in Bänder aufweist, die mit dem ersten und/oder zweiten einseitigen Klebeband versehen sind.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und/oder zweite einseitige Klebeband aus einem Antifriktionsmaterial besteht, das eine gute maßliche Beständigkeit und gute Zerreißfestigkeit aufweist.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und/oder zweite einseitige Klebeband aus einem Material besteht, das aus der Gruppe ausgewählt wird, die aus den Polypropylenen, den Polyestern und den Polyvinylchloriden ausgewählt wird.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Einrichten teilweiser Tafeln (43) nebeneinander in einer stationären Position derart aufweist, dass eine stationäre Anzeigetafel (42) gebildet wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Unterteilung einer stationären Anzeigetafel (42) in teilweise stationäre Tafeln durch Befestigen von Rückhalteelementen (47), auf der stationären Anzeigetafel aufweist, die jede teilweise Tafel abgrenzen.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Einrichtung von Drehprismen (1) mit mehreren Seiten (2-4) nebeneinander aufweist, wobei die Seiten der Drehprismen die teilweisen Tafeln bilden.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einfügen ein Einführen seitlicher Ränder des Vorderteils eines geschnittenen Plakatbands (5) zwischen einer teilweisen Tafel (2-4; 43) und mindestens einem Rückhalteelement (13, 14; 47), das sich von jedem Längsrand dieser teilweisen Tafel erstreckt, derart aufweist, dass eine Randzone des Bands abgedeckt und eine Mittenzone nicht abgedeckt verbleiben, und dadurch, dass das Anlegen einer Kraft auf der nicht abgedeckten zentralen Zone erfolgt.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner ein Plakataufbringen aufweist, das ein Ablösen der Bänder (5) durch Anlegen einer Schub- und/oder Zugkraft auf ein Ende jedes Bands und ein Gleiten dieses aus dem mindestens einen Rückhalteelement (13, 14; 47) heraus aufweist.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es nach dem Einfügen der Seitenränder des Vorderteils des Plakatbands an einem ersten Ende der teilweisen Tafel Folgendes aufweist
    ein Einfügen eines ersten Klemmelements (20) zwischen die teilweise Tafel und die zentrale Zone (22) eines Vorderrands des Vorderteils des Plakatbands (5),
    ein Klemmen dieser zentralen Zone des Vorderrands zwischen dem ersten Klemmelement (20) und einem zweiten Klemmelement (21),
    das Anlegen einer Schub- und/oder Zugkraft auf die Klemmelemente in geklemmter Position,
    ein Stoppen dieses Anlegens, wenn der Vorderteil des Plakatbands zu dem zweiten Ende der teilweisen Tafel mitgenommen wurde, und
    ein Freigeben des geklemmten Vorderrands durch Spreizen zwischen dem ersten Klemmelement (20) und dem zweiten Klemmelement (21).
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stoppen des Anlegens der Kraft ein automatisches Freigeben des Vorderrands verursacht.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Fall der Drehprismen (1), die aus mehreren abnehmbaren Blättern, die jeweils die mehreren Seiten (2-4) präsentieren, gebildet sind, ferner vor dem Einfügen ein Klemmen eines Befestigungselements (16) eines Profils (15) mit V-förmigen Querschnitt zwischen zwei montierte benachbarte Blätter derart aufweist, dass ein erster Flügel (13) des V-förmigen Profils mindestens teilweise gegen die Seite eines ersten der zwei benachbarten Blätter angelegt wird, in etwa auf der ganzen Länge dieses, und dass ein zweiter Flügel (14) des V-förmigen Profils zumindest teilweise gegen die Seite eines zweiten der benachbarten Blätter angelegt wird, in etwa auf der ganzen Länge dieser, wobei die Flügel des V-förmigen Profils, die so angelegt werden, die Rückhalteelemente (13, 14) sind.
  14. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oben genannte nicht abgedeckte zentrale Zone (22) des Vorderteils des Plakatbands (5) in eingefügter Position ihrer Seitenränder eine Breite aufweist, die größer ist als die Summe der Breiten der abgedeckten Randzonen, und dass das Klemmen dieser zentralen Zone im Wesentlichen über ihre ganze Länge stattfindet.
  15. Vorrichtung zum Verlegen von Plakatbändern (5) zum Umsetzen eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Folgendes aufweist
    ein erstes Klemmelement (20), das zwischen eine teilweise Tafel (2-4; 43; 56) und die zentrale Zone (22) des Vorderteils des Plakatbands einzufügen ist, dessen Seitenränder in Einfügeposition an einem Ende der teilweisen Tafel sind,
    ein zweites Klemmelement (21), das in Bezug auf das erste Klemmelement (20) derart eingerichtet ist, dass zwischen ihnen eine relative Bewegung zwischen einer Klemmposition des Vorderteils und einer Spreizposition, in der der Vorderteil freigegeben wird, erlaubt wird,
    Antriebsmittel (23, 24) des ersten und des zweiten Klemmelements (20, 21) entlang der teilweisen Tafel, die ein Gleiten der Seitenränder des Plakatbands (5), das in den Rückhalteelementen (13, 14; 49, 50) aufzubringen ist, erlauben,
    und Mittel zum Steuern (26, 30-38) der relativen Bewegung zwischen dem ersten Klemmelement (20) und dem zweiten Klemmelement (21).
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Mittel zum Stoppen und Freigeben (32-38) aufweist, die einerseits die Antriebsmittel in einer Endgleitbewegung blockieren und gleichzeitig andererseits als Steuermittel dienen, das ein Spreizen zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Klemmelement betätigt.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Träger (23) aufweist, der durch die Antriebsmittel, auf die das erste und das zweite Klemmelement (20, 21) montiert sind, und die Stopp- und Befreiungsmittel (32-38) antreibbar ist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Klemmelement ein dünnes starres Blatt (20) ist, das stationär auf dem Träger (23) installiert ist, und dass das zweite Klemmelement ein elastisches Gegenblatt (21) ist, das auf den Träger (23) derart montiert ist, dass es eine Verschiebungsbewegung zu und umgekehrt von der dünnen Klinge (20) weg ausführen kann.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Klemmelement (21) mit dem Träger (23) durch einen Klemmgriff (26) verbunden ist, der auf dem Träger derart installiert ist, dass er in eine Rückholposition zurückgeholt wird, in welcher die Klemmelemente (20, 21) in gespreizter Stellung sind und derart, dass er in der Klemmposition der Klemmelemente verriegelt werden kann, und dass die Mittel zum Stoppen und Freigeben (32-38) den Griff (26) entriegeln, der verriegelt ist, wenn sie die Antriebsmittel (23, 24) blockieren.
  20. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Stoppen und Freigeben eine Anschlagfläche (33) aufweisen, die auf dem Träger (23) derart eingerichtet ist, dass sie in eine gespreizte Tragposition zurückgeholt wird und sich dem Träger bei einem Aufliegen der Anschlagfläche (33) auf einem stationären Gegenanschlag (39) während des Antreiben des Trägers nähert, und ein Verriegelungselement (35), das stationär mit der Anschlagfläche (33) verbunden ist, und das in der Rückholposition dieser den Klemmgriff verriegelt, und, bei einem Annähern zwischen der Anschlagfläche (33) und dem Träger (23) unter der Einwirkung eines Aufliegens auf dem Gegenanschlag (39) den Klemmgriff (26) entriegelt und die Klemmelemente (20, 21) freigibt.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel aus einer Stange bestehen, die das erste und das zweite Klemmelement (20, 21) trägt.
  22. Anzeigetafel (40) zum Umsetzen des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, 9 bis 12 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus stationären teilweisen Tafeln (43) besteht, die nebeneinander angeordnet sind und entlang jedes ihrer Längsränder das mindestens eine Rückhaltemittel (47-50) tragen.
  23. Anzeigetafel (40) zum Umsetzen des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, 7, 9 bis 12 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einer einzigen stationären Tafel (42) besteht, und dass die stationäre Tafel Rückhalteelemente (49, 50, 55) trägt, die sie in teilweise stationäre Tafeln (56) unterteilen.
