Abstract

Eine Pressenanordnung 10 einer Maschine zur Herstellung einer Tissuebahn 12 umfaßt wenigstens einen zwischen einer Schuhpreßeinheit 16 und einer Gegenwalze 18 gebildeten Preßspalt 14, wobei die Schuhpreßeinheit 16 wenigstens einen der Gegenwalze 18 gegenüberliegenden Preßschuh 20 und ein über diesen geführtes flexibles, flüssigkeitsdichtes Preßband 22 aufweist, die Gegenwalze 18 eine glatte Oberfläche besitzt und die Tissuebahn 12 zusammen mit dem Preßband 22 sowie wenigstens einem Filz 24 durch den Preßspalt 14 geführt ist und im Anschluß daran vom Filz 24 getrennt und durch die glatte Oberfläche der Gegenwalze 18 mitgenommen wird. Der Winkel α zwischen der am Ende des Preßspaltes 14 an die Gegenwalze 18 angelegten Tangente 26 und wenigstens einem aus dem Preßspalt 14 auslaufenden Filz 24 ist ≥ 10°, insbesondere ≥ 15°, insbesondere ≥ 18° und vorzugsweise ≥ 20°.
