Claims (12)
- Dispositif de clôturage (1), notamment d'un bassin tel qu'une piscine ou analogue, comportant au moins un poteau (3) et au moins un pan de clôture souple (4), caractérisé par le fait qu'un tel poteau (3) comporte un profilé tubulaire (6), fendu longitudinalement, dans lequel est monté, fixe ou en rotation, un arbre (8), celui-ci étant pourvu, longitudinalement, tout comme le pourtour externe dudit profilé tubulaire (6) fendu, d'au moins une gorge (9 ; 12) pour la réception d'un jonc (10) équipant des bords verticaux (5) du pan de clôture souple (4).
- Dispositif de clôturage (4) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte une succession de poteaux (3, 3', 3'') entre lesquels est tendu au moins un pan de clôture souple (4, 4', 4'') dont un jonc (10), équipant un bord vertical (5) de ce pan de clôture souple (4), coopère avec une gorge (9) ménagée au niveau d'un arbre (8) monté dans le profilé tubulaire (6) d'un poteau (3) tandis qu'un autre jonc (10A), équipant un autre bord vertical (5A) dudit pan de clôture (4), coopère avec une gorge (12) ménagée au niveau du pourtour externe (11) du profilé tubulaire (6) d'un autre poteau (3').
- Dispositif de clôturage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que ledit profilé tubulaire (6) est complété, au niveau de son extrémité inférieure (14) et/ou supérieure (15), par un flasque (16) définissant, selon le cas, une embase (17) pour la fixation dudit poteau (3) au sol (18) ou un couvercle (25) apte à refermer, au moins partiellement, ledit profilé tubulaire (6).
- Dispositif de clôturage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le profilé tubulaire (6) d'un poteau (3) est complété par des moyens (26) aptes à mettre sous tension un pan de clôture souple (4) en assurant un enroulement, au moins partiel, de ce dernier à l'intérieur dudit poteau (3).
- Dispositif de clôturage (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens (26) de mise sous tension dudit pan de clôture (4) sont constitués, d'une part, par des moyens (27) de commande en rotation dudit arbre (8), en prise avec ce dernier par l'intermédiaire d'un organe de transmission (28), et disposés intérieurement audit profilé (6) et, d'autre part, par ledit arbre (8) dont la rotation assure l'enroulement dudit pan de clôture (4) sur ce dernier (8).
- Dispositif de clôturage (1) selon les revendications 3 et 5, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens (27) de commande en rotation sont définis par un treuil (29), associé au flasque (16) refermant l'extrémité supérieure (15) dudit profilé (6), et comportant un organe de transmission (28) sous forme d'un carré de manoeuvre (31) apte à coopérer avec une rainure (32) ménagée de manière longitudinale au niveau dudit arbre d'enroulement (8).
- Dispositif de clôturage (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que le flasque (16), refermant l'extrémité supérieure (15) dudit profilé tubulaire (6), comporte des moyens (36) aptes à assurer l'immobilisation dudit arbre (8) par rapport audit poteau (3) et ceci dans une direction perpendiculaire à l'axe (13) du profilé tubulaire (6) de ce dernier de manière à ce que ledit arbre (8), en combinaison avec le pan de clôture (4), définisse un ouvrant (37) tel qu'un portillon (38).
- Dispositif de clôturage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens (36) d'immobilisation sont définis, au niveau dudit flasque (16), par une découpe (39) et un orifice central (40), ce dernier (40) ayant une section, d'une part, ajustée à celle d'un embout (43) équipant l'extrémité supérieure (15) dudit arbre (8) et, d'autre part, supérieure à celle de ce dernier (8), ledit orifice central (40) communiquant avec ladite découpe (39), positionnée en regard de la fente (7) dudit profilé (6), et présentant une section, d'une part, supérieure à celle dudit arbre (8) et, d'autre part, inférieure à celle de l'embout (43) équipant ce dernier (8).
- Dispositif de clôturage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'immobilisation (36) sont complétés par des moyens de verrouillage (46), aptes à être déverrouillés, dudit arbre (8) dans sa position d'immobilisation par rapport au profilé (6).
- Dispositif de clôturage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ledit pan de clôture (4) est constitué par une succession d'au moins deux modules (48, 48') raccordés entre eux par l'intermédiaire d'un profilé de raccordement (49), ce dernier présentant, de manière longitudinale, deux gorges (50, 50') aptes à coopérer, chacune, avec un jonc (51, 51A) équipant le bord vertical (52, 52A) d'un module (48, 48').
- Dispositif de clôturage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le pan de clôture (4) est défini par un grillage (53) en un matériau synthétique souple associé, au moins au niveau des bords horizontaux (55, 55A) dudit pan de clôture (4), à au moins une bande de renfort (54) rendue solidaire, notamment par soudure ou collage, de ce grillage (53).
- Dispositif de clôturage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens (56) destinés à assurer l'arrimage dudit pan de clôture (4) au sol (18).
