Claims (8)

  1. Procédé pour sécher des vêtements dans un appareil de séchage du type à culbutage, dans lequel la température de l'air de séchage est préréglée en fonction du type de tissus dont sont constitués les vêtements à traiter, et dans lequel, durant un cycle de séchage, la vitesse de rotation (n) du tambour rotatif est variable dans des plages de valeurs qui sont prédéterminées en fonction du type de tissu, caractérisé en ce que ladite vitesse de rotation varie continûment d'une manière qui est proportionnelle à la quantité d'eau (kg) progressivement extraite des vêtements durant ledit cycle de séchage, c'est-à-dire d'une manière qui est inversement proportionnelle au degré de séchage souhaité à atteindre.
  2. Procédé de séchage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans lesdites plages de valeurs préréglées, la vitesse de rotation du tambour subit des variations cycliques dans les deux directions alternées de rotation.
  3. Dispositif pour sécher des vêtements par le procédé selon les revendications précédentes, comprenant un tambour rotatif (10) destiné à contenir les vêtements à sécher, ledit tambour étant entraíné par un premier moteur électrique (21) qui est également utilisé pour entraíner en même temps un premier ventilateur (22) afin d'instaurer un courant forcé d'air de séchage dans un circuit fermé qui comprend le tambour rotatif (10), un filtre à peluches (8), des moyens chauffants (24) pour l'air de séchage et un condenseur à vapeur (20), et comprenant également un deuxième ventilateur (26) qui est entraíné par un deuxième moteur (25) pour déplacer l'air nécessaire au refroidissement dudit condenseur à vapeur (20) dans un circuit muni d'ouvertures (4, 5) communiquant avec l'atmosphère ambiante, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens adaptés pour faire varier continûment à la fois la vitesse de rotation du tambour (10) et le débit de l'air de séchage délivré par ledit premier ventilateur (22) d'une manière qui est proportionnelle à la quantité d'eau (kg) progressivement extraite des vêtements durant ledit cycle de séchage, c'est-à-dire d'une manière qui est inversement proportionnelle au degré de séchage souhaité à atteindre.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier moteur (21) destiné à entraíner le tambour rotatif (10) et le ventilateur (22) pour l'air de séchage, et de préférence également ledit deuxième moteur (25) destiné à entraíner le ventilateur (26) pour l'air de refroidissement, est un moteur synchrone, par exemple du type sans balai.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'air de séchage chaud est insufflé dans le tambour rotatif (10) à travers une pluralité de perforations (13) prévues dans une bride (12) de celui-ci, caractérisé en ce que lesdites perforations (13) sont de préférence regroupées en une couronne circulaire relativement compacte près de la jupe (11) du tambour (10).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que dans le tambour rotatif (10) est prévu un disque solide (16) qui est soutenu par l'intermédiaire de moyens d'espacement (17) par ladite bride (12) munie desdites perforations d'entrée d'air (13) de manière à forcer ledit air à passer à travers l'interstice annulaire compris entre la périphérie dudit disque (16) et la jupe (11) du tambour (10).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de commande de séquence de programme qui, en fonction de la sélection opérée par l'utilisateur au moyen des éléments de commande (2) sur des variables comme le type de tissus dont sont constitués les vêtements à sécher, le poids et/ou le degré de séchage souhaité à atteindre et la durée désirée pour que le cycle de séchage se termine, règlent et commandent par des moyens capteurs associés les paramètres du processus de séchage comme la vitesse de rotation dudit premier moteur (21), le niveau de puissance d'entrée de l'unité chauffante (24) et/ou la température à laquelle l'air de séchage pénètre dans le tambour (10), l'heure de début et la durée du cycle de séchage.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'alimentation du moteur (25) entraínant le ventilateur (26) destiné à l'air de refroidissement s'effectue via des moyens de type thermistor adaptés pour permettre audit moteur de ne démarrer son fonctionnement qu'après que la température à laquelle l'air de séchage pénètre dans le tambour rotatif (10) a atteint une valeur stable, afin de réduire la consommation énergétique des cycles de séchage.
