      a trough (12) disposed in said first volume (3), said trough comprising a bottom (13) and an annular lateral wall (14) integral with its bottom, said trough being made of a rigid material and defining a second volume (15) comprised in said first volume (3), said trough (12) being mounted, by its bottom (13), integrally with the rim (16) of the opening (17) of the extremity (9) of said member (4) which is disposed in the interior of the enclosure, such that said opening is closed and the free edge (18) of the annular lateral wall (14) of the trough rests in fluid-tight manner upon the interior surface (19) of the wall (2) of the enclosure (1) while enclosing said fluid-tight passage (7), and
      means (20) for communicating the second volume (15) and the conduit (5),
         characterized in that includes further a controllable valve (30) mounted in cooperation with the portion (31) of the bottom (13) of the trough (12) which is delimited by the rim (16) of the opening (17) of the inner extremity (9) of said member (4), said controllable valve (30) being adapted to communicate the conduit (5) towards the part (32) of the first volume (3) which is disposed at the exterior of the second volume (15).
    2. Spray device according to claim 1, characterized in that said controllable valve (30) consists of a pellet (33) of an elastically deformable material, said pellet forming at least one part of said portion (31) of the bottom (13) of the trough (12), and a slot (34) in said pellet (33), said slot being normally closed by the elasticity of the material of said pellet.
    3. Spray device according to claim 2 characterized in that said pellet (33) is of a substantially hemispherical shape, the convex part (35) of which is disposed in the part (32) of the first volume (3) which is disposed exterior of said second volume (15), said slot (34) being in a substantially diametrical plane of said convex part.
    4. Spray device according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it includes further a first fluid-tight pocket (40) of an elastically extendable material comprising a first mouth-piece (41), said first pocket (40) being disposed in the part (32) of the first volume (3) which is disposed exterior of the second volume (15), and means (42) for integrally connecting, in a fluid-tight manner, said first mouthpiece (41) to said trough (12) along a first closed line (43) extending about said controllable valve (30) such that said controllable valve permits fluid flow between the conduit (5) and the interior of the first pocket (40).
    5. Spray device according to claim 4, characterized in that said propelling gas is in said first pocket, the fluid to be sprayed being in the part (44) of the first volume (3) which is disposed exterior of the second volume (15) and of said first pocket.
    6. Spray device according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it includes further a second fluid-tight pocket (50) of an elastically extendable material comprising a second mouthpiece (51), said second pocket (50) being discposed in the part (32) of the first volume (3) which is disposed exterior of the second volume (15) and means (52) for integrally connecting, in a fluid-tight manner, said second mouthpiece (51) to the interior surface (19) of the wall (2) of said enclosure along a second closed line (53) extending about the free edge (18) of the annular lateral wall (14) of the trough (12).
    7. Spray device according to claim 6, characterized in that the propelling gas is in the part (54) of the first volume (3) which is disposed exterior of the second pocket (50), the fluid to be sprayed being in said second pocket (50).
    8. Spray device according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the pivot means (6) consist of a sleeve (60) of elastic material, said sleeve being integral with said member (4) and, respectively, the rim (61) of the orifice (62) extending through the wall (2) of the enclosure (1).
    9. Spray device according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that it includes further a collar (63) of elastic material, said collar being integral with the interior surface (19) of the wall (2) of the enclosure (1), while being disposed between the free edge (18) of the annular lateral wall (14) of the trough and the interior surface (19) of the wall of the enclosure such as to form a sealing seat for said free edge (18).
    10. Spray device according to claims 8 and 9, characterized in that said collar (63) and said sleeve (60) are made of a one-piece member.
    11. Spray device according to any of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the means (20) for communicating the second volume (15) and the conduit (5) comprise at least one bore traversing the wall of the member (4) at its interior extremity (9), said bore opening into the conduit (5) and, respectively, the part (21) of the second volume (15) which encloses the interior extremity (9) of said member.
    12. Spray device according to claim 11, characterized in that the cross-section of said bore is at least similar to the cross-section of the conduit (5).
