Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a transport device according to the preamble of claim 1.
If the installation equipment, especially circuit breaker or residual current circuit breaker, are transported to a customer, the circuit breaker or residual current circuit breaker to several in a package of cardboard or the like. Used and placed the packaged switching devices in a transport container with which the packaged switching devices are transported to the customer ,
At the customer, the installation equipment must be unpacked, which is time consuming and also causes a certain amount of waste.
From US 5,360,109 a transport device is known, which is suitable for the transport of electrical installation equipment, in a transport container, wherein at least one insert is provided for aging and guiding the installation equipment, which can be inserted into the transport container and on which the installation equipment can be set up and the insert has a plurality of parallel, in opposite directions alternately projecting guide and retaining strips, and wherein adjacent guide and retaining strips guide the narrow side of the installation equipment.
The US 5 558 222 describes a transport device, which is suitable for the transport of electrical installation equipment, with an insert with management and Retaining strips, wherein the upwardly projecting guide and retaining strips carry each device centrally on the bottom side and wherein when superimposed two populated deposits the downwardly projecting guide and retaining strips stand up on the devices and are supported by these.
The object of the invention is to provide a transport device of the type mentioned, in which the removal of the installation equipment is simplified.
This object is achieved by the features of claim 1.
According to the invention, at least one insert is provided for producing and guiding the installation devices, on which the installation devices can be set up. In this case, the insert has a plurality of parallel, in each case in opposite direction alternately projecting guide and retaining strips, of which the unidirectional guide and retaining strips each installation device approximately in the middle on the bottom side wear and laterally against the narrow sides of the installation equipment to the side guide issue. In addition, when superimposed two populated deposits stand in the opposite direction projecting guide and retaining strips on the installation equipment.
In T-shaped standard installation switching devices are the downwardly projecting guide and retaining strips an upper deposit on the rear panels of the installation equipment outside the printing on and also serve for lateral guidance of the installation equipment on both sides to the front narrow sides.
With this embodiment, several service switching devices can be placed or placed on a lower insert; on these installation equipment another insert is placed and on the installation equipment, etc.
A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention is that further guide and retaining strips are provided on each insert, which extend transversely to the guide and retaining strips.
The areas for the guide and retaining strips and the other guide and retaining strips are separated according to a particularly advantageous embodiment by means of a parallel to the other guide and retaining strips extending intermediate wall.
In addition, the other guide and retaining strips can be divided centrally by means of another partition.
The intermediate wall and the further partition wall can thereby be generated in that each folds are formed.
A further embodiment of the invention is that the partition connects to the intermediate wall, extending perpendicular thereto and protrudes in the same direction.
If a lower insert is not fully populated, then there is the problem that a possibly fully stocked insert in the area in which the lower insert is not equipped, deformed. To avoid such deformations compensation elements are provided which can be latched to the insert. They are dimensioned so that they support the upper insert against the lower one.
It is essential that the guide and retaining strips are arranged so that the guide and retaining strips located on one side in the guide and retaining strips on the other side of an underlying insert fit, so that hereby several deposits are stacked. The fact that the guide and retaining strips of two superimposed deposits and the partition and the partition fit one above the other or fit into each other, the deposits can be stacked tightly packed on top of each other, whereby a space savings in the transport of empty deposits is achieved.
Reference to the drawing, in which an embodiment of the invention is shown, the invention and further advantageous refinements and improvements of the invention will be explained and described in detail.
