Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a transport and storage container for liquids with an inner container made of plastic, a particular formed of a metal lattice frame or sheet outer shell and a pallet-like base that is designed for handling by means of lift truck, stacker crane or the like means of transport, the base frame a support base for Supporting the inner container with support feet of an electrically non-conductive material, wherein the support bottom is arranged with a peripheral edge between a lower edge of the outer shell and the support legs and at least one support leg for dissipating an electrostatic charge of the outer jacket and arranged on the support bottom inner container with a Sheet metal molding is provided, which at its inner container end facing a contact conductor portion a container contact portion for electrically conductive connection with the Tragbod has or on the outer shell and at its one end facing the base has a stationary contact portion for electrically conductive connection with the base.
When handling the transport and storage containers of the type mentioned or even when filling or filling process, it comes to Relative movements of the liquids received in the inner container relative to the shell of the inner container. These relative movements, in the event that the inner container is not provided with a suitable means for dissipating an electrostatic charge, lead to the formation of a container potential, so that there is a risk of ignition of the container contents. To avoid this risk, transport and storage containers of the type mentioned above are provided with facilities that a derivative of any electrostatic charge of the plastic inner container starting from the shell of the inner container on the outer jacket of the container and the pallet-like base of the container to the base, on the the container is arranged allows. In particular, in the case when the pallet-like base frame or at least the support feet of the pallet-like underframe, which are in direct contact with the base, are formed of an electrically non-conductive material, so for example made of plastic or wood, special measures are also on the pallet-like base necessary to allow the desired derivation of any electrostatic charge of the inner container, ie a "grounding" of the inner container.
The present invention is therefore based on the object to provide a transport and storage container, which is protected with a reliable and especially against external mechanical influences device for dissipating an electrostatic charge of the inner container, which in particular by relative movements of the liquids relative to the inner container, in the region Underframe is provided.
To solve this problem, the transport and storage container according to the invention has the features of claim 1.
According to the invention, the contact conductor section of the shaped sheet metal part extends inside a receiving chamber formed in the support foot and the standing contact section has a contact surface arrangement with a ground contact surface and a stack contact surface, wherein the stack contact surface is connected to the ground contact surface by a contact surface shoulder formed in the stationary contact section and arranged above the bottom contact surface in the direction of a container vertical axis ,
Due to the internal arrangement of the contact conductor portion of the formed sheet metal part in the support foot formed in the receiving chamber is the sheet metal part or the contact conductor portion in a shielded from external mechanical influences environment, so that in particular in an immediately adjacent arrangement of multiple transport and storage containers damage to the sheet metal part a "entanglement" of the adjacent pallet-like base of the transport and storage containers can be excluded.
In addition, according to the embodiment of the invention, the standing contact portion is provided with a contact surface arrangement, which allows both a secure ground contact of a single container with a footprint and a secure ground contact in a stack arrangement of multiple transport and storage containers one above the other. In the first case, there is a ground contact between the ground contact surface and the stand surface. In the second case, an electrically conductive contact between the sheet metal part of a arranged in a stacked arrangement on a lower transport and storage container transport and storage container is characterized in that the stack contact surface due to their relative arrangement to the ground contact surface in direct contact with an upper edge of the Outer jacket of the arranged below further transport and storage container comes. In this case, the contact surface paragraph between the ground contact surface and the stack contact surface supports the secure relative positioning of the stacking arrangement arranged transport and storage container.
If, according to a preferred embodiment, the support foot for supporting the standing contact portion at its end facing the base has a correspondingly formed with the contact surface shoulder support surface arrangement, a stiffening of the stationary contact portion is made possible, so that even the smallest sheet thicknesses can be selected for the sheet metal part or the stationary contact portion of the sheet metal part without endangering the dimensional stability of the formed in the stationary contact portion contact surface paragraph.
It when the container contact portion is formed as a fastening means for fixing the sheet metal part to the support foot, so that it can be dispensed with the use of additional mechanical connection means for fixing the sheet metal part on the support leg is particularly advantageous.
In a preferred embodiment, the container contact portion is formed as a bending tab, which passes through a formed in a support base mounting slot and against the support floor is pivoted, such that the bending tab is received between the support floor and the support floor. Firstly, the design of the container contact portion as a bending tab allows a dual function of the container contact portion due to the simultaneous use as a fastener. On the other hand, the arrangement of the bending tab is particularly advantageously chosen so that the bending tab is secured against unintentional bending with the risk of loosening the connection between the sheet metal part and the support leg by the arrangement between the support base and the support bottom.
If according to a preferred embodiment, the sheet metal part is formed substantially L-shaped, wherein the stationary contact portion extends transversely to the contact conductor portion of the sheet metal part, and the container contact portion is formed as an extension on a contact contact portion opposite the stationary contact portion of the contact conductor portion, a particularly simple way of installing the Given sheet metal part in the support foot, in which the sheet metal part is inserted from below into the receiving chamber formed in the support foot until the correct positioning of the sheet metal part is defined in the support leg by the stop of the abutment end of the contact conductor portion against the support base.
It proves to be particularly advantageous in terms of a mechanically secure support of the stationary contact portion of the sheet metal part, when the stationary contact portion is supported on end edges of chamber walls of the receiving chamber.
A particularly safe and relative movements of the sheet metal part in the support foot avoiding positioning of the sheet metal part is possible when the stationary contact portion is provided at its connection edge to the contact conductor portion and at its connection edge opposite free outer edge with holding means for fixing the position of the stationary contact portion in the receiving chamber.
A particularly simple embodiment and beyond reliable design of the holding devices is obtained when the connecting edge associated holding devices are designed as formed on longitudinal edges of the contact conductor portion locking devices which form a frictional and positive engagement connection with the chamber walls of the receiving chamber.
A correspondingly secure positioning and simple design of the free outer edge associated holding devices results when they are designed as fastening tabs which are formed as material extensions on the free outer edge and extending parallel to the longitudinal edges of the contact conductor section.
Unwanted deformation of the standing contact portion as a result of frequently moving the transport and storage containers on the floor or on the upper edge of the outer shell of a stacked container configuration can be prevented, if the stationary contact portion on transverse edges, between the connecting edge and the free Extend outside edge of the stand contact portion, provided with web edges, which are inclined relative to the ground contact surface and the stack contact surface in the direction of the container contact portion.
When the stand contact portion is provided at its connecting edge with each parallel to the longitudinal edges of the contact conductor portion extending support tabs which are spaced by recesses for receiving chamber walls of the receiving chamber and abut for supporting the transverse edges of the stationary contact portion with a support edge on the underside of the support base, are also resistant to deformation Embodiments of stand contact sections possible, which extend beyond the cross section of the receiving chamber in the support foot out.
