Definitions

  • the invention relates to a spring monitoring device for a biased operated Spring of a gate, a door or the like, especially for a Weight compensation spring for a one- or multi-part movable head Door leaf or a roller door curtain provided torsion spring, to prevent the Slamming or falling of the door or gate leaf or the like, with an in In the course of the opening and closing movement of the door leaf or the like together with one loaded by the unbroken spring Torque transmission element - especially a cable or chain pull shaft or similar torsion shaft - blocking element rotatable about an axis of rotation, which is used to block this rotary movement and thereby the movement of the Door leaf or the like via a toothing in particular Detection device is preferably positively detectable and blockable, one Interceptor that comes from an operating position in which it is from the detection device is solved, can be moved into a catch position in which it is the detection device detected for blocking the door leaf or the like, and a tension sensor Tripping device for sensing the spring tension of those to be monitored Spring
  • the known spring monitoring device is used in a practical application mainly to break one up to balance a balance movable door leaf provided on a shaft for a traction means such as a torsion spring attacking a cable pull the door leaf crashing prevent.
  • a traction means such as a torsion spring attacking a cable pull the door leaf crashing prevent.
  • Some spring monitoring devices must be designed to withstand torques of to withstand over 800 Nm and a spinning of the cable shaft on which this Torques can attack due to the gravity of the gate To block.
  • the spring cone is realized in an industrial version Angular range around a swivel axis offset parallel to the axis of rotation pivotable so that the bolt one of the circumferential direction about the axis of rotation can perform various swivel movements and so easier from the Area of influence of the pawl is movable to trigger the same.
  • the voltage sensing and triggering device there are also various other training courses possible, for example electrical, electropneumatic or pneumatic type, at which the voltage sensor instead of as a mechanical link e.g. as a strain gauge or pressure sensors or the like can be formed.
  • electrical, electropneumatic or pneumatic type at which the voltage sensor instead of as a mechanical link e.g. as a strain gauge or pressure sensors or the like can be formed.
  • US Pat. No. 5,697,476 discloses a braking mechanism for braking a garage door Failure of a counterbalance mechanism known with a drum-shaped Braking element on one with respect to the axis of rotation when the door leaf moves rotating torsion shaft radially inward wall with a Toothing detection device is provided, and with a catch member, that from an operating position in which it is detached from the detection device into a Start position is movable, in which it is the detection device for braking the Door leaf detected, and the one radially inside the inward wall arranged, in the course of the movement in the catching position radially outwards in the Detection with the detection device movable catch section has.
  • Pawl trained catch attached to the torsion shaft and radially inward spring-loaded elastically biased and against it away from the detection device directional bias movable by centrifugal force towards the detection device.
  • the Braking element is held by means of a fixed to the outer circumference of the Brake drum designed brake elements guided brake loop can be braked.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a spring monitoring device of the type mentioned in the introduction to further develop that it takes up less space and preferably less material and nevertheless a blocking of high torques occurring in the event of spring breaks allows.
  • the blocking element is thus part of a traction mechanism drum on which another end with the door leaf or the like preferably at its closed position connected lower means is held windable, and preferably integrally formed with the same.
  • the blocking element is therefore not a separate component more, but can be integrated into an existing traction roller.
  • the invention Spring monitoring device is e.g. can also be fully integrated inside the traction roller, i.e. completely enclosed by this.
  • the traction drum or role itself e.g. in the form of a kind of ratchet ring gear as a blocking element or usable. This is a corresponding to the spatial conditions of the rope drum or the same traction drum large ratchet wheel with a large radius created.
  • this Blocking element directed essentially radially inward with respect to the axis Wall on which the detection device is formed and has the catch member a radially arranged inside the inward wall or can be arranged, in the course of the movement into the catching position radially outward into the Detection with the capture device movable catch section.
  • blocking element provided in its interior with the detection device, in which engages the catch member with an outward movement when the spring breaks.
  • the catch element can be much smaller and less material than be trained in the prior art.
  • a low-mass catch member also has the Advantage of lower inertia, so that faster blocking is possible.
  • the blocking device formed from the blocking element and catch member in the inner region of the Blocking element relatively well protected against access or external influences, so that no separate housing needs to be provided for this purpose.
  • the blocking element as a ring section, as Pot-shaped, preferably accessible from the outside hollow housing or as a drum is trained.
  • the catch element is mechanically designed, the Catch section on a radially outward with respect to the axis of rotation, in particular spring-loaded, pre-tensioned pawl for detecting at the radially inward wall to form the detection device protruding ratchet teeth is formed.
  • the catch member is provided with a support surface is in the operating position to support a broken spring the tension sensing and triggering device from the trajectory of the Catch member movable holding element is used and so in relation to the direction of movement of the retaining element is inclined obliquely that the latter at Release after spring break by moving the catching element into the catching position is pushed out of the trajectory.
  • the catch member is around a lever axis offset parallel to the axis of rotation, into which Catch position spring-biased lever element with a first, the Lever arm having catch section and in particular forming the pawl educated.
  • the lever element has a second lever arm, the to interact with the trigger mechanism of the voltage sensing and Tripping device is used, in particular has the support surface is the Available space is more usable and it can be used to trigger the Blocking device usable movements are redirected.
  • the second lever arm serves the purpose of e.g. a spring cone movement in the event of spring break, preferred as described in such a way that a small component of the Pawl preload force on an inclined plane (the support surface) on the Bolt of the cone acts.
  • the trigger mechanism i.e. the Example of the bolt attached to the spring cone or another Holding device or the other holding element not only in his or her Release position but also kicked back or bouncing back becomes. So that such a rebounding trigger mechanism once released cannot reach the second lever arm again, this is preferably such trained that he in the catch position when moving the lever element entirely from the sphere of influence of the trigger mechanism, in particular from the Path of movement of the retaining element, pivots out.
  • lever element is mounted such that the first lever arm in the catch position by the movement of the to be blocked Door leaf or the like is resilient to pressure.
  • Lever arm offers further advantages compared to a ratchet lever loaded under tension in terms of material savings, since a barb element like it on a train loaded ratchet lever would be necessary is avoided. Instead of such a can simply the free end of the lever arm as an engagement area for gripping the pawls be trained.
  • the locking nose with a bevel is provided, which after the pivoting of the lever element Spring break glides over a complementary bevel on the ratchet tooth, whereby the lever element can be guided into the final catch position before a significant torque is transmitted.
  • a locking nose that can Catch section forming free end of the first lever arm itself, or this free end can be, for example, in the form of a bent part have formed locking lug.
  • the configuration with the complementary bevels is particularly important its advantageous that the traction device drums are often made of die-cast a material that is more prone to breakage than sheet metal, for example. It is therefore advantageous if the forces that are really to be absorbed are possible first in the case of a large-scale intervention between the locking nose and the corresponding one Pawl tooth flank can be initiated. That is why the latter moves advantageous embodiment of the invention, the detection device on oblique flank of the tooth, the correspondingly obliquely formed locking nose first radially outwards to the ratchet tooth base, so that you have a large Contact surface between the locking lug and the ratchet tooth flank by means of a corresponding Slip feed achieved.
  • This is particularly advantageous in connection with a pressure resilient lever arm, because with a lever arm resilient to tension, the bevel should be made so inclined on the ratchet tooth flank that in In extreme cases the rupture strength of the ratchet teeth could suffer.
  • the wall does not have to be present throughout, it can be with Breakthroughs may be provided or only in a partial area of the circumference of the blocking element can be provided.
  • the wall does not have to be exactly geometrical sense radially inward. It can e.g. everywhere with Pawl areas should be provided so that they are not a single perpendicular to the radial has directed area piece. It is important that they are essentially or in its entirety is directed inward that the trained Detection device is accessible from the radially inside.
  • a catch section can also be provided, whose rest position in normal operation e.g. axially offset outside of the wall enclosed area, but at least in the course of Trigger movement can be arranged in this area, so in the course of Release movement in this area and in relation to the The rotational movement axis is moved radially outward into the detection position.
  • Fig. 1 gives the one side end portion of a torsion spring door leaf weight compensation device again, such as with a roller shutter or a sectional door is used.
  • One for compensation is shown of the door leaf weight serving preloaded torsion spring 1, the torque is transmitted to a cable drum 3 via a torsion shaft 2.

  • the torsion spring 1 tensions the Cone 6 in such a way that the second bolt 8 fixed to a first end 10 of the Elongated hole 9, as shown in Fig. 2, abuts.
  • the cable drum 3 is connected to the torsion shaft 2 for common rotation, e.g. it is flying or as in the manner explained in more detail below.
  • On an area accessible from the side facing the torsion spring 1 its radially inner wall 11 has a detection device 12 which a plurality of ratchet teeth 13 arranged circumferentially distributed, each with one in Unwinding direction of rotation Ra, i.e. in the direction of rotation of the cable drum 3, in which they are Closing the door leaf while unwinding the rope 4 is rotated, directed to seen in the radial direction has beveled ratchet tooth flank 14.
  • Lever element 15 is provided.
  • the lever element 15 is by means of a third bolt 16 pivoted about a lever axis Ah, which is also offset and parallel to the axis of rotation A.
  • a spring element 17 clamps the lever element 15 in a catch position (not shown) in which it is the on the cable drum 3rd provided detection device 12 detects the cable drum 3 blocking, i.e. the lever element 15 is opposite in the illustration of FIG. 2 in the pivoting direction biased clockwise.
  • the lever element 15 has - as best from its separate representation in FIGS. 3 and 4 - a first Lever arm 18 and a second lever arm 19 running at an angle to it on.

  • the end 20 bent so that only the bent part forming the locking lug 26 into the Rope drum 3 extends into it, but the rest of the lever element 15 axially outside the Cable drum 3 is arranged.
  • One pointing against the unwinding direction Ra Edge of the free end 20 (the locking lug 26) is with a bevel 21 provided, which are designed complementarily corresponding to the ratchet tooth flank 14 is.
  • the second lever arm 19 is designed such that it in the in the figures shown operating position (the rope drum 3 is without detection by the lever element 15 freely rotatable) on the first by the torsion spring 1 End 10 of the slot 9 held second bolt 8 abuts. This is also the free end 22 of the second lever arm 19 bent, in that on the Torsion spring 1 directed axial direction. So is on the lever axis Ah facing side of the bend 23 a support surface 24 for supporting the second lever arm 19 and thus the entire lever element 15 against the Bias is formed by the spring element 17 on the second bolt 8.

  • the second bolt 8 comes out its detection with the first end 10 of the elongated hole 9 and moves in the Elongated hole 9 away from this end 10.
  • This movement is caused by the creation of the Lever element 15 over the support surface acting as an inclined plane for the bolt 8 24 and the bias of the spring element 17 still supported until the support surface 24 gets out of contact with the bolt 8. Then moves the lever element 15 driven by the spring element 17 into its catch position.
