Der Offenbarungsgehalt der US 5,662,409 unterscheidet sich dadurch, dass eine herkömmliche Fassung an den Überkreuzungspunkten der Netzketten mit zusätzlichen Verbindungsbauteilen zur Positionierung der Leiter verwendet wird, wobei die Ketten dann gezogen werden, um eine Netzform auszubilden.
Lampen, die einen Eiszapfenabschnitt ausbilden, sollen sich dabei an dem unteren Ende des Netzgewebes befinden, wodurch dessen dekorativer Effekt weiter verbessert wird.

Eine solche Länge L der anhängenden Abschnitte kann optional gewählt werden. Das heißt, jeder Krümmungsabschnitt 101 bis 105 kann eine unterschiedliche Länge erhalten, gewählt in Abhängigkeit von der Natur des zu bildenden Eiszapfenabschnitts 20. Anschlußkasten 60 angeschlossen, während Beleuchtung und Blinken des gesamten dekorativen Lichtsets durch eine interne IC kontrolliert werden. Bei dieser Ausführungsform sind die oberen Abschnitte der Lampenketten 100, 106 in der gewünschten vernetzten Lampenabschnittsform N geflochten, wohingegen der untere Abschnitt der Lampenkette 100 unterhalb der Höhenlinie H einen Eiszapfenabschnitt I bildet.
Claims (9)
- Netzgewebelichtset mit Eiszapfenabschnitt zum Bereitstellen von Beleuchtungs- und/oder Blinkeffekten, zumindest eines vernetzten Lampenabschnitts (10) über eine Höhe N und zumindest eines Eiszapfenabschnitts (20) unterhalb des zumindest einen vernetzten Lampenabschnitts (10) über eine Höhe I,
wobei
das Netzgewebelichtset zumindest eine Lampenkette (100, 109) umfaßt;
wobei die Lampenkette (100, 109) zumindest ein Leiterpaar aufweist, das zumindest bereichsweise mindestens untereinander verflochten und gebogen ist,
zum Bilden gegenseitig benachbarter Leiterabschnitte, deren obere Abschnitte in der vorab bestimmten Höhe N oberhalb einer Höhenlinie H in den vernetzten Lampenabschnitt (10) eingeflochten sind
oder zu dem vernetzten Lampenabschnitt verflochten sind, während deren untere Abschnitte mit unterschiedlichen Längen L, I unterhalb der Höhenlinie H belassen sind
und eine Vielzahl von in Querrichtung von einander getrennten, anhängenden Streifen bilden,
die den Eiszapfenabschnitt (20) bilden. - Netzgewebelichtset nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Eiszapfenabschnitt (20) zusammengesetzt ist aus Lampenkettenabschnitten, die jeweils in unterschiedlichen Längen L, I unterhalb der Höhenlinie H ausgestaltet sind. - Netzgewebelichtset nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Art des Eiszapfenabschnitts (20) in Abhängigkeit von der Form einer gewünschten Kontur der Lampenkettenabschnitten des unteren Endes der Lampenketten (100, 109) mit unterschiedlichen Längen L, I auswählbar ist. - Netzgewebelichtset nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
zumindest eine weitere Lampenkette (106, 107, 108) im vernetzten Lampenabschnitt (10). - Netzgewebelichtset nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
das Leiterpaar jeder Lampenkette (100, 106, 107, 108, 109) eingespannt in und positioniert auf Positionierungsvorrichtungen (13, 14, 24) ist, welche auf der äußeren Peripherie von Glühbirnenlampenfassungen (12, 23) bereitgestellt und an alternierenden Positionen angeordnet sind, wobei die Leiter jedes Leiterpaars durch Anlegen von Zug- und/oder Scherkraft in eine Netzgewebeform anordenbar oder in Streifenform bringbar sind. - Netzgewebelichtset nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Positionierungsvorrichtungen (13, 14), die auf der äußeren Peripherie der Glühbirnenlampenfassungen (12) in dem vernetzten Lampenabschnitt (10) bereitgestellt sind, vorzugsweise sich gegenüberliegende, positionierende Flügelpaare (13,14) sind, um einen vernetzten benachbarten Lampenabschnitt zu ermöglichen. - Netzgewebelichtset nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Positionierungsvorrichtung (24), die auf der äußeren Peripherie der Glühbirnenlampenfassungen (23) in dem Eiszapfenabschnitt (20) bereitgestellt sind, jeweils einzelne positionierte Flügel (24) sind. - Netzgewebelichtset nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass,
jede Lampenkette (100, 106, 107, 108, 109) einzeln mit einem Kontrollkasten (60), vorzugsweise mit einem IC-Kontrollstromkreis verbunden ist, um das An- bzw.
Ausschalten und/oder Blinken der Glühbirnenlampen (11, 11A, 11B, 11C, 22) zu kontrollieren. - Netzgewebelichtset nach Anspruch 8,
gekennzeichnet durch
