Abstract
Zum Entfernen von Verunreinigungen, insbesondere von Flüssigkeiten (5) und/oder Partikeln (4) von mit Flüssigkeit (5) kontaminierten oder benetzten Oberflächen von insbesondere plattenförmigen Werkstücken (2) mittels wenigstens eines Wischelementes (3) wird das gegenüber der zu reinigenden Oberfläche (2a) relativ bewegte und diese Oberfläche (2a) berührende Wischelement (3) abgekühlt, so daß die mit diesem Wischelement (3) und daran bevorzugt vorgesehenen Borsten (8) in Berührung kommende Flüssigkeit (5) eine höhere Zähigkeit und Viskosität annimmt oder sogar erstarrt und dadurch zusammen mit den in der Flüssigkeit (5) enthaltenen Partikeln (4) an dem Wischelement (3) oder seinen Borsten (8) haften bleibt. Dieses Reinigungsprinzip kann durch eine in Vorschubrichtung vor dem oder den Wischelementen (3) erfolgende Erwärmung an der Oberfläche des Werkstückes (2) unterstützt und beeinflußt werden.
