Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a sawtooth wire for production a sawtooth all-steel set for the reel of a card with a foot section and one over a foot shoulder on it subsequent leaf section, the leaf section through from the edge of the leaf section facing away from the foot section outgoing incisions formed saw teeth.
The card is used for parallelization during fiber processing of the individual fibers of one consisting of disordered fibers Raw material used. The card usually indicates this a cylindrical drum and a number of flat bars distributed over the circumferential surface of the drum. For the purpose of parallelization are both the drum and the flat bars are usually formed with sawtooth wires All-steel fittings, between which the parallelization process takes place. The sawtooth all-steel set is included of the drum usually in the form of a die Circular cylindrical surface of the drum in a helical circumferential manner Sawtooth wire formed while the sawtooth all-steel set the lid by sawtooth wire strips arranged side by side can be formed. With such cards, more than 120 kg Raw material can be processed or parallelized per hour. Satisfactory carding performance can be ensured if for the reel of the card sawtooth all-steel fittings according to EP 0 360 961 B2. It However, it has been shown that these known sawtooth all-steel fittings during operation especially in the above mentioned high production output heavy wear subject to.
In CH 660 884 A5 there is the problem of heavy wear already mentioned by card clothing. To the solution the use of this problem becomes special in the cited document Steel alloys for the production of these card clothing suggested. However, this is the further problem addressed that particularly wear-resistant steel alloys are also particularly expensive, so that in connection with card clothing the price-performance optimum not at the maximum Wear resistance lies, but when choosing a clothing material lies at which the increase in wear resistance not due to the increased material and manufacturing costs be made up for. Therefore, even when using the mentioned Swiss patent Steels for the production of card clothing in EP 0 360 961 B2 described type still the problems described observed with regard to wear resistance.
In view of the problems in the prior art explained above the underlying technology of this invention is an object Sawtooth wire for the production of a sawtooth all-steel set to provide a card for the reel, avoiding excessive material costs and ensuring a satisfactory Carding performance high wear resistance has during the carding operation.
According to the invention, this task is achieved through further training the known sawtooth wires of the one described above Kind solved, which is essentially characterized in that the ratio of the foot width to the sheet width at the location of the deepest incision greater than 2, preferably greater than 2.5, particularly preferably about 2.5.
The invention is based on the knowledge that the Wear observed during the operation of the known cards of the drum sets in the first place to those of the between the leaf sections of the individual helix of the set Fibers attributed to forces exerted on the leaf flanks is. With the inventive development of sawtooth wires the width of the clothing lanes between the individual coils of the drum set in relation to the sheet width increased, so the loosening in these sets of streets to ease stored fibers and the stress of the To reduce leaf flanks through these fibers. In other words is through the further development of the known Sawtooth wires the space between the foot shoulder and the Tooth tip enlarged so that the fiber material has more space and can be removed more easily from this free space. This is particularly the case with high production outputs and / or when processing long staple cotton with regard to the Maintaining a high wear resistance of special Importance. It has been shown that through this training with only one drum set without any significant wear Throughputs of 1000 t and more can be achieved.
It has been used when using sawtooth wires according to the invention for the production of a sawtooth all-steel set for the reel of a card surprisingly shown that the broadening of the trim alleys achieved in the ratio no significant influence on the width of the sheet sections the carding capacity, i.e. the degree of through the carding process achieved parallelization. However, it turned out that particularly good carding results can be achieved if the ratio of the foot width to the sheet width at the Place the deepest incision less than 3.5 preferably is less than 3. When using sets according to the invention can the desired large space between the foot shoulder and the tooth tip while avoiding too little Stability of the leaf section while ensuring a particularly good carding result can be achieved, if the sheet width starts from that facing away from the foot section Edge of the leaf section in the direction of the foot section at least in sections steadily increasing and the ratio the foot width to the blade width at the foot is greater than 1.4, is preferably about 1.6. In this context, it has proven to be particularly useful when the foot width is about 0.2 up to 0.6 mm, preferably about 0.4 mm, the sheet width the edge of the leaf section facing away from the foot section 0.02 to 0.2 mm, preferably about 0.5 mm and the sheet width at the foot is about 0.2 to 0.3 mm, preferably about 0.24 mm.
Another, the wear resistance of the invention Sawtooth wire increases the free space at the same time between the foot shoulder and the tip of the tooth Ensuring a satisfactory carding result made possible by using appropriate saw teeth, if the ratio of the blade height to the incision depth is more than 1.5, preferably more than 1.8, particularly preferably about 2 is, which to produce a satisfactory Carding result enables saw teeth to have the required tooth incision depth can be about 0.4 mm.
However, it must be ensured that the enlarged Free space between the foot shoulder and the tip of the tooth according to the invention Sawtooth wires also increase the carding process by rotating the volume of air entrained leads, which in turn affect the carding result can. To avoid excessive space between Foot shoulder and tooth tip is the ratio of the leaf height to the tooth incision depth expediently to a maximum of 3.5, preferably limited to a maximum of 2.5.
With a view to avoiding excessive material costs while ensuring one with a sufficient one Stability on the reel of the card Sawtooth wire has proven to be beneficial if that Ratio of blade height to total wire height greater than 0.3, preferably greater than 0.4, particularly preferably about 0.45, however less than 0.6, preferably less than 0.5. In this It has also proven to be favorable if the Total height of the wire less than 2.0 mm, preferably about 1.8 mm, the foot height being less than 1.4 mm, preferably can be about 1.0 mm. By choosing the right one The ratio of the blade height to the total height of the wire can be in bSpecifically, good wear resistance is also ensured be because by hiring one in relation to Total height of sufficiently large sheet height also the wear resistance increasing, particularly large free space between the Tooth tips and the foot shoulder is ensured.
As already explained at the beginning, it has been preserved proven to be as good as possible wear resistance, if the sawtooth wire according to the invention made of alloy Steel. This alloy steel can be 0.3 to 2.0, preferably 0.8 to 0.85 wt% carbon, 0.1 to 0.25, preferably 0.15 to 0.35% by weight silicon, 0.1 to 2.0, preferably 0.4 to 0.6% manganese, 0.1 to 2.0, preferably 0.15 to 0.2% vanadium, and / or 0.1 to 2.0, preferably 0.4 to 0.6 Wt .-% chromium, the proportions of phosphorus, sulfur, Nickel and copper are kept to a minimum. The Phosphorus proportion expediently to less than 0.025% by weight and the sulfur content is limited to less than 0.25% by weight.
With a view to maintaining high wear resistance it has proven to be useful if the Roughness on the side flanks of the leaf section at least in the area of the teeth less than 5 µm, preferably less than Is 4 µm because excessive roughness increases to an increased Friction and thus also leads to increased wear. This low roughness can be achieved if the sawtooth wires after a stamping and hardening process a separate operation to obtain the desired surface properties become. It turned out to be particularly useful if the sawtooth wires in this separate operation in a deburring and polishing system a galvanic one Be subjected to the polishing process.
In addition, one can use the tool life of a saw tooth wire according to the invention manufactured set be increased if the division error, i.e. the deviation from Target distance between the tooth tips of successive teeth is less than 2%, preferably less than 1.0% because then with correct fitting assembly for a first wear leading control sanding or a first leveling is no longer necessary. The minimization of division errors can be achieved in that during wire production, a high-precision wire feed especially during the punching process is used, which is via a rule compensation computer is controlled. Through an appropriate scanning process, for example a laser scanning method any division errors that may occur during production immediately be recorded and corrected.
It also has to maintain high wear resistance proven to be particularly useful when the individual Teeth of the sawtooth wire according to the invention in the form of curved teeth formed with an arched tooth face are, the radius of curvature of the tooth face expediently is about 0.15 to 0.25 mm, particularly preferably about 0.19 mm. This allows a gentle grip on the fiber material to be parallelized be ensured if the tooth face is in the direction on the tooth tip in a straight-line section, the length of which is preferably in the range from 0.02 to 0.2 mm lies.

Der in der Zeichnung dargestellte Sägezahndraht 10 besteht
im wesentlichen aus einer Fußabschnitt 20 und einem
Blattabschnitt 30.
Wendel aneinander anliegen.The
der Erfindung 0,4 mm.The foot section starts from the
Bei der in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsform der Erfindung beträgt die Gesamthöhe des Sägezahndrahtes h1 1,8 mm, die Höhe h2 des Fußabschnittes 1,0 mm, die Zahneinschnittiefe h4 0,4 mm und die Höhe h5 des Blattabschnittes 0,8 mm.In the embodiment shown in the drawing the total height of the sawtooth wire h1 is 1.8 mm, the height h2 of the foot section 1.0 mm, the tooth incision depth h4 0.4 mm and the height h5 of the leaf section 0.8 mm.
As shown particularly clearly in Fig. 3, the
