- Füllen der Flasche mit verflüssigtem Gas mit Möglichkeit einer langzeitigen Lagerung;
- Verschließen mit einem Stopfen und dessen Anschweißen an die Flasche.
Claims (9)
- Gasflasche, die einen Körper (1) mit einem Hals (2) enthält, in dessen Öffnung (12) ein Stopfen (4) eingesetzt ist, dessen Flausch (5) an der Stirnfläche (6) des Halses (2) angeschweißt ist, während in der Membran (7) eine Ausnehmung (8) vorhanden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb des Körpers (1) vor dem Füllen der Flasche mit verflüssigtem Gas eine bewegliche Kugel (3) untergebracht ist, deren Durchmesser größer ist als die Öffnung (12) im Hals (2), die Länge des Stopfens (4) aber so bemessen ist, daß die Kugel (3) nach dem Einsetzen des Stopfens (4) die Öffnung (12) des Halses (2) nicht vollständig schließen kann.
- Gasflasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das im Hals (2) untergebrachte Ende des Stopfens (4) so eingewalzt ist, daß die Kugel (3) nach dem Durchstich der Membran (7) des Stopfens (4) den Gaszutritt ins Innere des Stopfens (4) nicht absperren kann.
- Gasflasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das im Hals (2) untergebrachte Ende des Stopfens (4) eine solche Abschrägung (9) aufweist, daß die Kugel (3) nach dem Durchstich der Membran (7) des Stopfens (4) den Gaszutritt ins Innere des Stopfens (4) nicht absperren kann.
- Gasflasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis der gemittelten Massedichte von Werkstoffen, aus denen die Kugel (3) gefertigt ist, und des Durchmessers der Kugel (3) ein solches ist, daß nach dem Füllen der Flasche mit verflüssigtem Gas die Kugel (3) unter dem Gasdruck im Hals (2) steckenbleibt und eine Gasentweichung aus der Flasche vollständig verhindert.
- Gasflasche nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kugel (3) aus einem elastischen, federnden Material ausgeführt ist.
- Gasflasche nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kugel (3) aus einem elastischen, federnden Material mit metallischem pulverförmigem Füllstoff ausgeführt ist.
- Gasflasche nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kugel (3) ganzmetallisch in einer elastischen, federnden Hülle ausgeführt ist.
- Verfahren zum Füllen einer Gasflasche, umfassend das Verschließen des Halses (2) der Gasflasche mit einem Stopfen (4), das Einpressen des Stopfens (4) und das Anschweißen des Flansches (5) des Stopfens (4) an die Stirnfläche (6) des Halses (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man vor dem Füllvorgang ein bewegliches Ventil ins Innere des Körpers (1) der Flasche einbringt, die Flasche mit dem Hals (2) nach unten umdreht und unter Druck mit verflüssigtem Gas füllt, den Fülldruck bei gleichzeitiger Schließung der Öffnung (12) des Halses (2) mit dem beweglichen Ventil unter dem Gasdruck im Inneren der Flasche vermindert, wobei eine Langzeitlagerung der gefüllten Flasche bis zu deren Verschließen mit dem Stopfen (4) möglich ist.
- Füllverfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man ins Innere des Körpers (1) der Flasche eine Kugel (3) als bewegliches Ventil einbringt.

Штуцер ввернут в горловину 4 баллона. В стенке штуцера 1 выполнено сквозное отверстие 5, ме>&хду флйнцем и торцом горловины установлено уплотнительное кольцо 6,Устройство' работает следующим образом.Перед заполнением баллона сжатым газом полый штуцер 1 запорного устройства ввинчивают в.горловину 4 баллона так, чтобы сквозное отверстие 5 было свободным. При зар дке сжатый газ через отверстие 5, полость штуцера и горловину 4 заполн ет бгш- лон. После заполнени баллона сжатым газом до рабочего давлени штуцер 1 ввинчиваетс в горловину 4 баллона до отказа.
