The present invention is based on this prior art the task of developing a generic terminal in such a way that the electrical resistance resulting from the solder joint is reduced becomes.
This problem is solved by a connection terminal with the features of claim 1. Characterized in that the housing and lift cage in alignment have orientable opening into which at least part of a circuit carrier can be inserted into the lift cage, that a conductor track on the circuit board through a different position of the lift cage is pressed against one end of the cable. The fact that a solder pin manufacturing costs can be completely eliminated. Because of the fact that there is no longer any need for soldering, the electrical disappears Resistance of the solder joint completely.
So that part of a circuit carrier is inserted into the connection terminal , it is particularly advantageous to finger-shape the circuit carrier edge to train. Through this training and through that between several such fingers of the circuit carrier vertically protruding terminal housing the air and creepage distances are advantageously increased and thus the dielectric strength between the individual poles of the terminal, if several individual terminals according to the invention in a common housing be summarized. The connector is more advantageous Way of insulating material.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the first and the second opening of the lift cage designed and connected together or these two openings merge into one another such that a conductive Connection between the cable end and a conductor track on the part of the Circuit carrier is producible. The lift cage can be compared to the first and second opening of the housing, in particular by turning a screw, be movable such that the conductive connection between the cable end and the conductor track can be fixed. Alternatively, the mobility of the lift cage be realized by a spring that is used to insert the circuit carrier and the cable end in a first position and for fixing the Cable end and the circuit carrier is in a second position. For Ease of use has proven to be cheap, the first and second Opening on diametrically opposite sides of the housing and the lift cage to arrange. A particularly stable embodiment results, however, if the first and second opening on the same side of the housing and the Lift cage are arranged, in particular formed by a common opening become.
For a better fixation of the connection between the circuit board and the housing the housing can have latching means which are connected to the circuit carrier work together.
In particular for weaker circuit carrier material can be used for manufacturing a conductive connection between at least part of the circuit carrier and a terminal according to the invention are provided that a U-shaped pinch protection can be pushed over the part of the circuit carrier, to establish a conductive connection with the cable end in the terminal is to be introduced.
The anti-trap device can have an anti-tip device Tilt at least the part of the circuit carrier inserted into the terminal prevented. For this purpose, a projection in the housing of the connection terminal interact with a recess of the pinch protection. A protrusion of the pinch protection and a recess that works with it the connection terminal naturally have the same effect.
The pinch protection can be made of an electrically conductive and / or resilient Be made of material and have locking means that interact with the housing, to fix the pinch protection in the housing.
The invention also includes a circuit carrier for use with a Terminal according to the invention or for use in a system comprising a connecting terminal according to the invention and a clamping protection, wherein the circuit carrier has at least one finger-shaped projection, to establish a conductive connection with a cable end in the connection terminal can be inserted. The finger-shaped projection can have locking means have with the locking means of the housing of the terminal work together. He can also identify an anti-tip device which prevents tilting of the finger-shaped projection in the terminal.

37, 21 erreicht
werden.The use of a
In embodiments that are not shown, the fixing of the conductive
