Abstract

Ein Bindemittelsystem auf Wasserglasbasis besteht aus einer wässrigen Alkalisilikatlösung der allgemeinen Zusammensetzung: xSiO2 · yM2O · zH2O, wobei für M die Alkalionen Li+, K+ oder Na+ stehen und einer hygroskopischen Base, die im Verhältnis 1 : 4 bis 1 : 6 zugesetzt wird, wobei der Modul Na2O/SiO2 gleich 2,5 bis 3,5 bei einem Feststoffanteil von 20 bis 40 % beträgt und wobei als hygroskopische Base 30 %ige Natronlauge in einer wässrigen Lösung verwendet wird. Erfindungsgemäß enthält die wässrige Alkalisilikatlösung eine Emulsionslösung mit 8 bis 10 % Silikonöl bezogen auf die Bindermenge, wobei das Silikonöl einen Siedenpunkt ≥ 250 ° aufweist. Die Bindermenge für ein Kernsandgemisch beträgt 1,0 bis 2,5 %, bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge an körnigem Feststoff, wobei das Herstellungsverfahren in einer Kernschießmaschine, bestehend aus einem vertikal angeordneten Gehäuse mit einem horizontalen Lufteintritt durchgeführt wird. Das Kernsandgemisch wird über einen Trichter in einen geschlitzten Sandzylinder eingegeben. Die Verbindung zwischen Trichter und Sandzylinder ist während des Einschießens verschlossen. The core sand mixture in the slotted sand cylinder is compressed with an air pressure of p 1 and then shot into the core sleeve at a pressure p 2 > p 1 .
