Definitions
- the invention relates to a closure security label attached to a bottle or the like the preamble of claim 1.
- Lock security labels are made of paper and are mostly by means of wet glue with the bottle surface and by means of Hot glue with the closure, for example one metallic crown cap or a metallic Screw cap connected.
- Label paper has one for the sake of trouble-free processing a relatively high tear resistance and is also not flexible enough to meet the diverse spatial curvatures in the range of Bottle neck, bottle head and closure completely to be able to adapt.
- the contact area between lock security label on the one hand and bottle or Closure on the other hand is therefore often relatively small and the label appears in places from the bottle and from Closure off, so that manipulation by careful Removal and later reinstallation of the Locking security labels cannot be completely ruled out.
- the invention is based, with one Locking security label of the type mentioned at the beginning with simple means the risk of unnoticed manipulation reduce drastically.

Abstract
Description
dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a closure security label attached to a bottle or the like
the preamble of
Derartige Etiketten sind in verschiedenen Formen bekannt (DE-GM
295 12 212, FR-PS 1 326 090).
Auflage 1985, S. 136).
Der Materialverbrauch und der maschinelle Aufwand für
derartige Umhüllungen ist hoch.Such labels are known in various forms (DE-GM

The invention is based, with one Locking security label of the type mentioned at the beginning with simple means the risk of unnoticed manipulation reduce drastically.
This object is achieved according to the characterizing part of
A lock security label according to the invention has due to its special material and the embossing in the Compared to conventional lock security labels Paper has a much higher deformability and can therefore in the simplest way, e.g. with the in Labeling machines usual brushes and sponge rolls, completely on the curved surfaces of the bottle and Closure can be nestled. Removing the Bottle closure security labels according to the invention or closure without visible damage is therefore practically not possible. The material consumption is low.
Advantageous developments of the invention are in the Subclaims included.
In the training according to claim 6, a direct Adhesion between the lock security label and the Closure can even be completely dispensed with; the functional Connection between the lock security label and Closure takes place indirectly through the on both sides subsequent gluing between Lock security label and bottle. The mouth area the bottle therefore remains after removing the cap and the previously covering area of the Locking security labels free of glue and Label residues.
Which are in the stripe or web area adjoining areas of the lock security label can have the most diverse desired shapes and for example, the bottle neck completely like a ring surround. Here too the excellent effect Compliance of the invention Locking security labels advantageous.

Kronenkorken 3 befestigt ist.1 and 2, the upper region is one
Reusable glass bottle for beverages, briefly below

Flaschenhals, Flaschenkopf und Kronenkorken 3 sind teilweise
von einem Verschlusssicherungsetikett 2 bedeckt, das im
ebenen, abgewickelten Zustand gemäß Fig. 3 eine ankerartige
Grundform aufweist.
Kronenkorkens 3.Bottle neck, bottle head and
einer beim Ausschnitt "A" vergrößert dargestellten
The
Verschlusssicherung dient. Aufgrund der guten Fixierung des
Stegbereichs 2b am Flaschenkopf und Kronenkorken 3 durch die
beiden am Flaschenkopf nach unten verlaufenden, durch
Nassleim fixierten Bereiche kann der den Kronenkorken 3
bedeckende Bereich des Stegbereichs 2b auch leimfrei,
zumindest aber frei von Heißleim gehalten werden. The
einreissen. Die Verschlusssicherungsfunktion wird somit in
optimaler Weise erfüllt.Nevertheless, when the
Das Verschlusssicherungsetikett 2' nach Fig. 4 besitzt wie
das Verschlusssicherungsetikett 2 nach Fig. 3 eine
ankerförmige bzw. T-förmige Grundform und besteht aus der
gleichen Aluminiumfolie.
The lock security label 2 'of FIG. 4 has how

same aluminum foil. The difference is the
optimale Verschlusssicherungsfunktion realisiert. The locking security label 2 'is attached before the attachment

Unterhalb des Kronenkorkens 3 kann sogar eine schraffiert
angedeutete leimfreie Zone 4 vorgesehen werden, die beim
Öffnen der Flasche 1 eine saubere Flaschenöffnung ohne
Folienreste schafft.
Below the
