Claims (13)
- Halterung für eine Einspritzdüse, insbesondere für Brennkraftmaschinen mit Direkteinspritzung, welche Einspritzdüse einen Düsenkörper aufweist, dessen zylindrische erste und zweite Endstücke mit ersten und zweiten Bohrungen von Komponenten der Brennkraftmaschine zusammenwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Düsenkörper (11) der Einspritzdüse (9) eine Spanneinrichtung (16) angreift, die das erste Endstück (12) mit definierter in axialer Richtung (A) der Einspritzdüse (9) wirkender Vorspannung in der ersten Bohrung (14) eines Zylinderkopfs (2) der Brennkraftmaschine (1) in Lage hält, wogegen das zweite Endstück (13) vorzugsweise unter Vermittlung einer Zwischenhülse (17) mit der zweiten Bohrung (15) einer Sauganlage (3) zusammenarbeitet.
- Halterung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spanneinrichtung (16) an einem radialen Anschlag (18) des Düsenkörpers (11) angreift.
- Halterung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spanneinrichtung (16) mit einem gabelartigen Spannabschnitt (19) am Anschlag (18) anliegt.
- Halterung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spannabschnitt (19) Bestandteil eines plattenartigen Trägers (20) ist, der zwischen einer ersten Auflageebene (4) des Zylinderkopfs (3) und einer zweiten Auflageebene (4) der Sauganlage (3) eingespannt ist.
- Halterung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spanneinrichtung (16)eine Spannhülse (21) ist, die den Düsenkörper (11) der Einspritzdüse (9) zumindest bereichsweise umgibt und sich am Anschlag (18) des Düsenkörpers (11) und an einer Stützebene (23) der Sauganlage (3) abstützt.
- Halterung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannhülse (21) aus Metall besteht
- Halterung nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannhülse (21) bereichsweise mit einem balgartigen Federabschnitt (24) versehen ist.
- Halterung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannhülse (21) im Bereich der Zwischenhülse (17) mit einer Einformung (25) versehen ist, die in eine nutartige Ausnehmung (26) der Zwischenhülse (17) eingreift dergestalt, daß die Einformung (25) und die Ausnehmung (26) form- und kraftschlüssig zusammenarbeiten.
- Halterung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannhülse (21) mit einer Verlängerung (27) einen Wandabschnitt (28) der Sauganlage (3) übergreift, wobei die Verlängerung (27) unter Federspannung an dem Wandabschnitt (28) anliegt.
- Halterung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verlängerung (27) mit einer Einformung (29) versehen ist, die in eine Ausformung (30) des Wandabschnitts (27) eingreift, dergestalt, daß die Einformung (29) und die Ausnehmung (30) formschlüssig zusammenwirken.
- Halterung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß benachbart der Zwischenhülse (17) in der Sauganlage (3) ein Kraftstoffversorgungskanal (31) vorgesehen ist, der aus einem Stück mit der Sauganlage (3) hergestellt ist.
- Halterung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kraftstoffversorgungskanal (31) in etwa ovale Form aufweist, wobei Längsseiten (32, 33) des Kraftstoffversorgungskanals (32, 33) in etwa in Längsrichtung eines Kanals (7) der Sauganlage (3) ausgerichtet sind.
- Halterung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen einem Endstück (34) der Zwischenhülse (17) und der zweiten Bohrung (15) der Sauganlage (3) eine erste Dichtung (37) und zwischen einer Bohrung (38) in der Zwischenhülse (17) und dem zweiten Endstück (13) der Einspritzdüse (9) eine zweite Dichtung (39) vorgesehen ist.
