Claims (15)
- Spinndüsenvorrichtung einer Naßspinneinrichtung zum Einbringen einer Spinnlösung in ein Spinnbad bei der Herstellung eines Fadens,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sie eine Temperiereinrichtung (23) aufweist. - Spinndüsenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperiereinrichtung (23) in einem Düsentragteil (5) der Spinndüsenvorrichtung (4) angeordnet ist. - Spinndüsenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperiereinrichtung (23) in ringförmiger Anordnung einen Spinnlösungskanal (19) des Düsentragteils (5) umgibt. - Spinndüsenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperiereinrichtung (23) in einer den Spinnlösungskanal (19) ringförmig umgebenden und sich axial erstreckenden Nut (21) im Düsentragteil (5) aufgenommen ist. - Spinndüsenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperiereinrichtung (23) eine im Düsentragteil (5) angeordnete Fluidleitung aufweist. - Spinndüsenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fluidleitung ein wendelförmiges Rohr (23) ist. - Spinndüsenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperiereinrichtung ein im Düsentragteil (5) angeordnetes Fluidlabyrinth aufweist. - Spinndüsenvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperiereinrichtung eine Kühleinrichtung ist. - Spinndüsenvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperiereinrichtung eine Heizeinrichtung ist. - Spinndüsenvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Düsentragteil (5) einen Temperatursensor aufweist. - Spinndüsenvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Düsentragteil (5) der Spinndüsenvorrichtung (4) in einer Öffnung (9) einer Wand, insbesondere einer Rückwand (3), des Spinnbads (1) aufgenommen ist. - Spinndüsenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Isoliermaterial zwischen dem Düsentragteil (5) und einer die öffnung (9) in der Rückwand (3) umgebende Hülse (8) angeordnet ist.
- Spinndüsenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine die Öffnung (9) in der Rückwand (3) umgebende Hülse (8) an ihrem Innenumfang eine Auskehlung (36) aufweist. - Spinndüsenvorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Düsentrageteil (5) mit der enthaltenen Temperiereinrichtung (23) in verlängerter Form gestreckt oder gebogen entsprechend einer Spinnpfeife ausgeführt ist.
- Spinndüsenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Düsentragteil (5) mit der enthaltenen Temperiereinrichtung (23) ohne die Spinnbadwanne zu berühren in ein horizontales oder vertikales Spinnbad eintaucht.
