    6. A panel as defined in claim 5, characterized in that the greatest outside diameter of said annular member (3) is greater than the smallest diameter of said through hole (2).
    7. A panel as defined in any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that said covering (4) has been vulcanized onto said annular member (3).
    8. A panel as defined in any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that said through hole (2) and the outside of said covering (4) have a cylindrical-conical-cylindrical profile.
    9. A panel as defined in any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that a ring (8) of resilient material is disposed between said nut (7) on the one hand and said covering (4) and panel (1, 1a) on the other hand.
