Definitions
- the invention relates to an awning fabric with a step or smooth transition range in the transmission behavior of less Transmission too high transmission.
- a fabric for use as a fly window comprising a base fabric or Warp threads with a comparatively high light transmission into which base fabric or in which warp threads to achieve a transition in the transmission behavior
- Weft threads with comparatively little light transmission in a changing Density or sequence and / or wefts from at least two different spun-in thread materials are injected from NL-A-9 500 121 (D1, X-doc) known.
- the awning fabric according to the invention is particularly suitable for an indoor application.
- warp threads or a base fabric are one Light transmission used compared to registered Low light transmission weft is high.
- Basic fabrics or warp threads are therefore suitable for undyed fabrics or very light colored polyester, modified polyester, Polyacrylic, glass or other common fibers for awning fabrics.
- the translucent warp threads or one of these threads Basic fabric to be produced is now made with at least one Weft through a comparatively lower transmission.
- a gradual or continuous transition in transmission behavior can now either be generated by the Weft thread insertion density of lower light transmission varies e.g. by changing the weft thread sequence Transmission / weft higher transmission or by different weft threads with different transmission behavior used and in a hard transition or successive weft threads with higher or lower light transmission be shot.
- you get one gradual or continuous transition in transmission behavior of the awning fabric which is very beneficial for the Can be used to manufacture an awning, e.g. on its outer free end has very little light transmission has, while the end of the awning fabric attached to the cloth roller has a very high light transmission.
- an awning with good light-guiding properties can be used manufacture in the work area, despite larger dimensions allows enough brightness to pass into the covered area, visually appealing and at the same time good glare protection provides.
- the weft threads preferably have different light transmissions all from the same basic material with the difference that they have a different spinning, pigmentation and / or have surface coating.
- the fabric can subsequently reduce the total fabric aluminum-coated and with protective equipment be provided.
- the maximum transmission is determined by the transmission behavior the warp threads or the base fabric.
- the selected one Ground tissue should therefore be as transmissive as possible to a desired gradation up to very transmitting To enable fabric areas.
- Fig. 1 shows a base fabric 10 of an awning fabric with warp threads 12 and weft threads 14, 16.
- the warp threads 12 and weft threads 14 form a base fabric that consists of a relatively transmissive Thread material is produced, e.g. not pigmented Polyacrylic, polyester, modified polyester, glass fiber fabrics or other common awning fibers.
- a relatively transmissive Thread material is produced, e.g. not pigmented Polyacrylic, polyester, modified polyester, glass fiber fabrics or other common awning fibers.
- In the woven awning fabric are alternating weft threads from not or introduced very little transmitting material 16.
- Weft threads 16 are thus differently transmitting areas generated in the awning fabric.
- the distance between the top two non-transmitting weft entries e.g.
- the awning fabric 20 there in turn contains chain entries from a relative transmitting material 22 as well as weft entries an equally transmitting material 24 as well as different ones other thread materials 26 to 50 with increasing lower transmission. This way, a top down below continuously less transmitting substance with a transmitting side 52 and a less transmitting Page 54 generated.
- Such a fabric is preferably used in an awning attached that the less transmitting region 54 on the free dropout is arranged while the transmitting Area 52 at the end of the awning facing the cloth roller is arranged.
- the transition in transmission behavior can be done by one step be realized, from which the entry density of the weft is lower Transmission has a different value than in the substance area before the step, and / or from which a weft from a other material or in another spinning will than in the area before the stage.
- the number and arrangement the levels can be varied according to requirements. So you get two different transmissions with one stage Areas while with an increase in levels to 2, 3, 4 etc. the transitions become more continuous, which is shown in FIG. 2 is clearly visible.
