Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a dishwasher with a Rinsing container according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such a dishwasher is known from DE 40 37 367 A1 known. This is washware for the purpose in the rinsing container can be classified during cleaning during a washing program. The Rinse program is completed by a drying phase, in which the cleaned dishes are dried. Outside of A water inlet container is arranged in the rinsing container Fresh water from a domestic water pipe via a water inlet is filled. This fresh water will be used for next Rinse cycles are stocked for the filling of the rinsing container to deliver. During the drying phase, the moist Air from the flushing tank by means of a blower the water inlet tank where it passed over the surface of the stored amount of water and then blown back is returned to the rinsing container. When overflowing the Air is cooled and dehumidified, so that the drying of the wash ware is improved. Such However, a solution for a dishwasher has the disadvantage on that the filling and emptying of the water inlet tank must be carried out by a complex control and a variety of components are required. In particular re are for the control of the inflow and outflow from the Water inlet tank one valve required.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a dishwasher specify with a rinsing container according to the preamble of claim 1, where a particularly good drying result with one particularly low cost of parts is enabled.
This object is achieved according to the invention in a dishwasher according to the preamble of claim 1 solved in that the reservoir is a line section of the water supply line which is fed by a water supply system and flows into a free flow path. With a dishwasher it is necessary to provide a free flow path, to avoid that during a water supply sucked the domestic water back into the water supply network if there is a sudden negative pressure in this line network occurs. Between the inlet valve and the one on a higher one The level of the free flow path is according to the Invention of the filled storage container, the content of the Reservoir can only drain if the inlet valve is open Water is supplied from the mains, which the contents of the reservoir of the free flow path and then feeds the rinsing container. The emptying of the storage container occurs with every water inlet. With the content of this Storage container is during the drying phase of the washing program the purge air into a heat exchanging contact brought so that the warm moist air of the rinsing container on cold container content is cooled. This will cause condensation which favors moisture.
The advantage of the invention is that for emptying of the storage container, no special control is required is. In addition, none is connected downstream of the storage container Valve device needed that the reservoir closes if the amount of water is to be stored in it and which must be opened when the contents of the container drain should. The exchange of the liquid in the container takes place at everyone Water intake takes place without additional control mechanisms.
The reservoir is advantageously from a water inlet container comprises, the at least one chamber for receiving a further amount of water. This increases the volume of water that can extract heat from the moist air, so that the condensation effect can be intensified. In particular the chamber for the further amount of water is a container for storing a quantity of regeneration water, which is program-controlled and / or, as required, a brine container in the dishwasher is feedable.
So that the water supply device in a compact arrangement and is therefore particularly cost-effective to produce free flow path also conveniently from the water inlet tank includes.
To have a particularly large heat exchanger surface between the stocked Maintaining water volume and circulating moist air is the rinsing tank air in an air duct, which at least is partially coupled to the reservoir. there it is advantageous if the storage container is particularly flat Execution is so that a given volume the largest possible contact area is available. Will the Finally, flushing tank air in the air duct also on one or the several chambers for accommodating another The amount of water coupled is the surface of the heat exchanger chosen particularly large and condensation is further promoted.
The water present in the storage tank is in every washing program renewed several times, namely with every water inlet, so that it was last replaced at the beginning of a rinse cycle becomes. This rinse cycle is usually carried out immediately before the drying phase. The one stored in the reservoir Water can be so due to the heat radiation of the Rinsing container with warm rinsing liquid only during the heat up the relatively short period of the rinse cycle, so that only a slight rise in temperature in the storage container is recorded. Heating the stored The amount of water can also be kept particularly low, if the storage container and / or the at least one chamber for the additional amount of water compared to the rinsing tank is heat insulated.
During the contents of the storage container several times per wash program is renewed, this does not affect the liquid in the at least one chamber, so that this at the beginning of the Drying phase already a higher temperature than the liquid has in the reservoir. Hence the condensation effect particularly high if the rinsing tank air is in the air duct is that they first on the at least one chamber for the absorption of the further amount of water and then on Storage container is passed. The heat exchange takes place therefore first on a slightly warmer and then on one cooler heat exchanger surface instead. The temperature difference there remains between warm moist air and the contact surface almost the same.
The invention is based on the drawings Embodiment explained in more detail.

In this dishwasher, the water supply line is 7

In diesem Luftkanal
An
An
There is between the
A further increase in the condensation effect can be achieved
