Abstract

Selon l'invention, on enroule une bande d'un matériau en feuille (80), sur une bobine (64), au moyen d'une courroie d'entraînement (32) disposée autour de rouleaux (28, 34, 36, 38), espacés les uns des autres, d'un dispositif d'enroulement (12) sur une surface, lequel pousse le matériau en feuille pour le mettre en contact avec la bobine, en faisant tourner la bobine et en même temps en appliquant le matériau en feuille sur la bobine, les couches du matériau en feuille étant séparées les unes des autres par une doublure (78) enroulée autour de la bobine lors de l'application du matériau en feuille.

Claims (8)

  1. Appareil (10) pour enrouler un ruban d'une matière en feuille (16) sur une bobine rotative (14) comprenant :
    (a) une enrouleuse de surface (40) possédant un moyen de courroie (32) mobile pour entrer en contact avec ledit ruban de matière en feuille (16) pour l'application de ladite bobine (14) comprenant le seul moyen pour faire tourner ladite bobine (14) ;
    (b) un moyen de pression (47, 48) pour déplacer l'enrouleuse de surface (40) et ledit moyen de courroie (32) en direction de ladite bobine (14) dans le but de presser ledit ruban de matière en feuille (16) contre ladite bobine (14), caractérisé par le fait que le moyen d'entraínement de courroie (28) avec ledit moyen de courroie (32) délivre ledit ruban de matière en feuille (16) à ladite bobine (14) et fait tourner de manière simultanée ladite bobine (14) dans le but d'enrouler ledit ruban de matière en feuille (16) sur ladite bobine (14) à la même vitesse que celle à laquelle ladite bobine (14) est mise en rotation par ladite enrouleuse de surface (40).
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ladite enrouleuse de surface (40) comprend une paire de plaques de montage espacées (50, 52) et une paire de poulies espacées (36, 38) montées en rotation sur lesdites plaques de montage (50, 52), lesdites plaques de montage (50, 52) étant montées en rotation sur lesdits moyens de pression (47, 48) à une position située entre lesdites poulies espacées (36, 38) en procurant une surface de contact égale entre ledit moyen de courroie (32) et ladite portion dudit ruban de matière en feuille (16) enroulé sur ladite bobine (14).
  3. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ladite bobine (14) est montée sur un bâti (12), une enveloppe de calandrage intérieur (68) étant montée en rotation sur ledit bâti (12), et un moyen pour délivrer ladite matière de calandrage intérieur (78) à partir de ladite enveloppe de calandrage intérieur (68) jusqu'à une position sur ladite bobine entre ledit ruban de matière en feuille (16) déjà enroulé sur ladite bobine, et ledit ruban de matière en feuille étant appliqué sur ladite bobine (14).
  4. Appareil selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que ledit moyen d'entraínement de courroie est une poulie d'entraínement (28) et ledit moyen de courroie (32) est entraíné autour de ladite poulie d'entraínement (28) à l'écart de ladite bobine (14), une poulie d'enroulement (34) étant montée en mobilité entre ladite poulie d'entraínement (28) et ladite enrouleuse de surface (40) dans le but de maintenir une tension dans ledit moyen de courroie (32).
  5. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ladite bobine (14) est montée sur un bâti mobile sur chariot (12) et ladite enrouleuse de surface (40) est montée à un endroit fixe et en position adjacente à un transporteur (18) pour alimenter ledit ruban de matière en feuille (16).
  6. Procédé d'enroulement d'un ruban d'une matière en feuille (16) sur une bobine rotative (14), comprenant le fait de :
    (a) déplacer une enrouleuse de surface (40) comportant un moyen de courroie (32) pour la mettre en contact avec ledit ruban de matière en feuille (16) à des fins d'application contre ladite bobine ;
    (b) presser ladite enrouleuse de surface (40) et ledit moyen de courroie (32) en direction de ladite bobine (14) dans le but de presser ladite bande de matière en feuille (16) contre ladite bobine (14) ;
    (c) entraíner ledit moyen de courroie (32) pour délivrer ledit ruban de matière en feuille à ladite bobine (14) et dans le but de faire tourner de manière simultanée ladite bobine pour enrouler ledit ruban de matière en feuille (16) sur ladite bobine (14) à la même vitesse de rotation que celle de ladite bobine (14) entraínée par ladite enrouleuse de surface (40).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que ledit moyen de courroie (32) est enroulé autour de poulies espacées (36, 38) de ladite enrouleuse de surface (40) dans le but d'exercer une pression sur ledit ruban de matière en feuille (16) et sur ladite bobine (14) sans soumettre ledit ruban de matière en feuille (16) appliqué sur ladite bobine (14) à une distorsion.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait d'enrouler de manière simultanée un ruban de matière de calandrage intérieur (78) sur ladite bobine (14) et transporter ladite matière de calandrage intérieur (78) à une position sur ladite bobine (14) entre ledit ruban de matière en feuille (16) déjà enroulé sur ladite bobine (14) et une portion dudit ruban de la matière en feuille (16) étant transporté et appliqué sur ladite bobine (14).
