Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung (10) zum Wickeln eines Bahnmaterial-Streifens (16) auf eine drehbare Spule (14), umfassend:
    (a) eine Oberflächenaufrolleinrichtung (40), die Riemenmittel (32) besitzt, die in Eingriff mit dem Bahnmaterial-Streifen (16) bewegt werden können, um diesen der Spule (14) zuzuführen, wobei die Oberflächenaufrolleinrichtung (40) die einzigen Mittel zum Drehen der Spule (14) enthält;
    (b) Druckausübungsmittel (47, 48), die die Oberflächenaufrolleinrichtung (40) und die Riemenmittel (32) zur Spule (14) bewegen, um den Bahnmaterial-Streifen (16) gegen die Spule (14) zu drängen, gekennzeichnet durch Riemenantriebsmittel (28), wobei die Riemenmittel (32) den Bahnmaterial-Streifen (16) zur Spule (14) liefern und gleichzeitig die Spule (14) drehen, um den Bahnmaterial-Streifen (16) mit der gleichen Geschwindigkeit, mit der die Spule (14) durch die Oberflächenaufrolleinrichtung (40) gedreht wird, auf die Spule (14) zu wickeln.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberflächenaufrolleinrichtung (40) ein Paar beabstandeter Montageplatten (50, 52) und ein Paar beabstandeter Riemenscheiben (36, 38), die an den Montageplatten (50, 52) drehbar angebracht sind, umfasst, wobei die Montageplatten (50, 52) an den Druckaus-übungsmitteln (47, 48) an einer Position zwischen den beabstandeten Riemenscheiben (36, 38) drehbar angebracht sind, wodurch ein gleichmäßiger Oberflächenkontakt zwischen den Riemenmitteln (32) und dem auf die Spule (14) gewickelten Abschnitt des Bahnmaterial-Streifens (16) erzeugt wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spule (14) an einem Gestell (12) angebracht ist, an dem Gestell (12) eine Zwischenlagen-Hülse (68) drehbar angebracht ist und Mittel vorgesehen sind, die das Zwischenlagen-Material (78) von der Zwischenlagen-Hülse (68) an eine Position auf der Spule (14) zwischen dem bereits auf die Spule gewickelten Bahnmaterial-Streifen (16) und dem der Spule (14) zugeführten Bahnmaterial-Streifen liefern.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riemenantriebsmittel eine Antriebsriemenscheibe (28) umfassen und die Riemenmittel (32) um die von der Spule (14) beabstandete Antriebsriemenscheibe (28) und eine Spannrolle (34) geführt sind, die zwischen der Antriebsriemenscheibe (28) und der Oberflächenaufrolleinrichtung (40) beweglich angebracht ist, um die Spannung in den Riemenmitteln (32) aufrechtzuerhalten.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spule (14) auf einem beweglichen Wagengestell (12) angebracht ist und die Oberflächenaufrolleinrichtung (40) an einer festen Position und in der Nähe einer Fördereinrichtung (18), die den Bahnmaterial-Streifen (16) zuführt, angebracht ist.
  6. Verfahren zum Wickeln eines Bahnmaterial-Streifens (16) auf eine drehbare Spule (14), das umfasst, dass:
    (a) eine Oberflächenaufrolleinrichtung (40), die Riemenmittel (32) besitzt, in Eingriff mit dem Bahnmaterial-Streifen (16) bewegt wird, um diesen der Spule zuzuführen;
    (b) die Oberflächenaufrolleinrichtung (40) und die Riemenmittel (32) gegen die Spule (14) gedrängt werden, um den Bahnmaterial-Streifen (16) gegen die Spule (14) zu pressen;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    (c) die Riemenmittel (32) angetrieben werden, um gleichzeitig den Bahnmaterial-Streifen zur Spule (14) auszugeben und die Spule zu drehen, damit der Bahnmaterial-Streifen (16) mit der gleichen Geschwindigkeit, mit der die Spule (14) durch die Oberflächenaufrolleinrichtung (40) gedreht wird, auf die Spule (14) gewickelt wird.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riemenmittel (32) um zwei beabstandete Riemenscheiben (36, 38) der Oberflächenaufrolleinrichtung (40) gewunden werden, um auf den Bahnmaterial-Streifen (16) und auf die Spule (14) einen Druck auszuüben, ohne dass der der Spule (14) zugeführte Bahnmaterial-Streifen (16) verzogen wird.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass gleichzeitig ein Zwischenlagenmaterial-Streifen (78) auf die Spule gewickelt wird und das Zwischenlagenmaterial (78) zu einer Position auf der Spule (14) zwischen dem bereits auf die Spule (14) gewickelten Bahnmaterial-Streifen (16) und einem Abschnitt des Bahnmaterial-Streifens (16), der gerade zur Spule (14) transportiert und dieser zugeführt wird, befördert wird.
