Claims (8)

  1. Procédé de laquage d'un substrat par application d'un agent de revêtement transparent laquable sur un substrat pré-enduit ou d'un agent de revêtement de finition unicouche laquable sur un substrat éventuellement pré-enduit et durcissement subséquent, dans lequel le substrat consiste en une carrosserie ou des parties de carrosserie d'un véhicule, caractérisé en ce que le substrat est éventuellement soumis à une phase de séchage après l'application de l'agent de revêtement transparent laquable ou de l'agent de revêtement de finition unicouche laquable et en ce que le durcissement subséquent est réalisé par irradiation mettant en oeuvre un rayonnement proche infrarouge dans une plage de longueurs d'onde allant de 760 à 1500 nm.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'agent de revêtement transparent laquable ou l'agent de revêtement de finition unicouche laquable consiste en un agent de revêtement à base aqueuse.
  3. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la couche de laque transparente est appliquée sur une couche de laque de base, éventuellement suivant la technique humide sur humide.
  4. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est mis en oeuvre dans le cadre d'un laquage de réparation d'une carrosserie ou de parties de carrosserie d'un véhicule.
  5. Procédé suivant les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le séchage s'effectue sur une durée de 5 à 45 minutes, dans une plage de températures comprises entre 10 et 80 °C, notamment à température ambiante.
  6. Procédé suivant les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le rayonnement proche infrarouge s'accompagne encore d'une irradiation UV en vue du durcissement des agents de revêtement durcissables par radiation énergétique éventuellement appliqués.
  7. Utilisation d'un rayonnement proche infrarouge dans une plage de longueurs d'onde allant de 760 à 1500 nm afin de procéder au durcissement de couches de laque transparente ou de couches de laque de finition unicouche à base aqueuse appliquées sur la carrosserie ou des parties de carrosserie d'un véhicule.
  8. Utilisation suivant la revendication 7 pour le laquage de réparation d'une carrosserie ou de parties de carrosserie d'un véhicule.
