Bei den bisherigen Sensoranordnungen gemäß Figur 3 wurde der mittig im Exemplartransportpfad 2 angeordnete Sensor 3, bestehend aus Sendeteil 10 und Empfangsteil 11, über Versorgungsleitungen 13 permanent beaufschlagt. Zwischen Sendeteil 10 und Empfangsteil 11 wird Strahlung 10.1 ausgetauscht, welche die Detektion eines Falzexemplars anzeigt oder auf das Nichtvorhandensein eines Falzexemplars schließen läßt.

Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Detektion eines Staus von Falzexemplaren (4, 5) in einem Falzapparat (23) mit dem Exemplartransportpfad (2) zugeordneten Sensoren (3; 10, 11), die die Abfolge der Falzexemplare (4, 5) entlang des Exemplartransportpfads (2) erfassen und die Sensoren jeweils aus einem Sendeteil (6.1, 7.1) und einem Empfangsteil (6.2, 7.2) bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vorhandensein von Exemplaren (4, 5) durch Sensoren (6, 7) bei Detektion durch beide Empfangsteile (6.2, 7.2) ein einen Zählimpuls veranlassendes Eingangssignal (15) an einer Papierstauerkennung (12) auslöst.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Papierstauerkennng (12) invertierende Eingänge aufweist, einen Zählimpuls auslösend, wenn an den Empfangsteilen (6.2, 7.2) keine Spannung anliegt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoren (6, 7) die Randbereiche (8, 9) von Exemplaren (4, 5) kontinuierlich abtasten.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Papierstau in einem Falzapparat (23) anhand eines Vergleichs der Umdrehung des Schneidzylinderpaars (24) mit der Anzahl der Sensoren (6, 7) passierenden Exemplare (4, 5) ermittelt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Eingangssignal (15) an der Papierstauerkennung (12) basierend auf lediglich einem Spannungssignal eines der Empfangsteile (6.2; 7.2) keinen Zählimpuls auslöst.
- Vorrichtung zur Detektion eines Staus von Falzexemplaren (4, 5) in einem Falzapparat (23) mit dem Exemplartransportpfad (2) zugeordneten Sensoren (3; 10, 11), die die Abfolge der Falzexemplare (4, 5) entlang des Exemplartransportpfads (2) erfassen und die Sensoren jeweils aus einem Sendeteil (6.1, 7.1) und einem Empfangsteil (6.2, 7.2) bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß parallel geschaltete Sensoren (6, 7) Randbereiche (8, 9) der Falzexemplare (4, 5) zugeordnet sind und den Exemplartransportpfad (2) simultan abtasten.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoren (6, 7) jeweils ein Sendeteil (6.1, 7.1) und ein Empfangsteil (6.2, 7.2) umfassen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoren (6, 7) jeweils an einem Spannungsniveau (14, 19) anliegen und einen spannungsführenden Ausgang (15) enthalten.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die spannungsführenden Ausgänge (15) zusammengeführt werden und ein Eingangssignal (15) an der Papierstauerkennung (12) erzeugen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Empfangsteile (6.2, 7.2) Schaltelemente enthalten und übereinstimmende offene Kontaktpositionen (16) einen Zählimpuls an einer Papierstauerkennung (12) generieren.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein geschlossener Kontakt (17) an den Empfangsteilen (6.2, 7.2) ein die Papierstauerkennung (12) nicht auslösendes Eingangssignal (15) erzeugt.
- Falzapparat (23) mit einem Exemplartransportpfad (2), entlang dem die Falzexemplare (4, 5) in stetiger Abfolge transportiert werden und dem Sensoren (3; 10, 11) zugeordnet sind, wobei die Sensoren ein Sende- und ein Empfangsteil umfassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels mindestens ein entlang des Exemplartransportpfads (2) vorgesehenes parallel geschaltetes Sensorpaar (6, 7), dessen Empfangsteile (6.2, 7.2) zusammenführbare Ausgangssignale erzeugen, der Exemplartransportpfad (2) simultan abgetastet wird.
