Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klappschachtel für Zigaretten oder dergleichen, bestehend aus einem Schachtelteil, aus einem an einer Schachtel-Rückwand angelenkten Deckel und aus einem im Schachtelteil angeordneten Kragen mit Kragen-Vorderwand und Kragen-Seitenwänden, wobei aufrechte Packungskanten abgerundet sind unter Bildung von Rundkanten und wobei weiterhin der Deckel einerseits und der Schachtelteil andererseits korrespondierende Schließkanten im Bereich einer Schachtel-Vorderwand und Deckel-Vorderwand bzw. b) die Schließkante und die Gegenschließkante sind mit einem Abstand von einander und parallel verlaufend, derart, dass ein freier Spalt bei geschlossener Klappschachtel im Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand sichtbar ist,
c) der durch die Schließkanten gebildete Spalt erstreckt sich bis in den Bereich der Schachtel-Seitenwände bzw. Deckel-Seitenwände, nämlich über den vollen Bereich der runden Packungskanten,
d) die der Schachtel-Vorderwand zugeordnete Gegenschließkante ist im Bereich seitlicher den Schachtel-Seitenwänden zugekehrter Enden bogenförmig gestaltet, nämlich jeweils unter Bildung eines Kreisbogens,
e) die Kreisbogen der Gegenschließkante erstrecken sich über die volle Breite der abgerundeten Packungskanten und schließen an die jeweils zugeordnete Schrägkante an.

Claims

A hinge-lid box for cigarettes or the like, comprising a box part (10), a lid (11) articulated on a box rear wall (13), and a collar (35) which is arranged in the box part (10) and has collar front wall (36) and collar side walls (37, 38), with upright pack edges (44) being bevelled to form oblique edges each having two folding edges (67, 68) which are spaced apart from each other, characterized by the following features:
a) a lid front wall (17) of the lid (11) is designed with a bottom closing edge (33) which runs obliquely to the pack edges (44) and parallel to an upper mating closing edge (34) of the box front wall (12),

b) closing edge (33) and mating closing edge (34) run at a distance from one another such that an exposed gap (43) is visible in the region of the collar front wall (36) when the hinge-lid box is closed,

c) the mating closing edge (34), which delimits the box front wall (12), extends in the region between the mutually facing folding edges (68) of the front-side pack edges (44),

d) the mating closing edge (34) adjoins at its ends with upright edge legs (69, 70) along the folding edges (68).
The hinge-lid box according to Claim 1 or 3, characterized by the following features:
a) the collar front wall (36) of the collar (35) has ridges (41, 42) for bounding a collar recess (40) which is open at the top,
