Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verschlußplatine nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 (bekannt aus EP-A-0798108).The invention relates to a method for producing a closure plate according to the preamble of claim 1 (known from EP-A-0798108).

Dies hat jedoch den Nachteil, daß hierdurch zwei Druckverfahren zur Herstellung der Platinen benötigt werden. Denn die Abstandshalter aus Heißsiegellack lassen sich nur mit einem Tiefdruckverfahren aufbringen, wogegen Druckmotive auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite bevorzugt mit einem Hochdruckverfahren, z. B. mit dem Flexo-Druckverfahren hergestellt werden. Die Erfindung geht von einem Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verschlußplatine zum Verschließen von Behältnissen aus, bei dem ein Folienwerkstoff, z. B. Aluminiumfolie, Kunststofffolie oder dgl., verwendet wird. Der Kerngedanke der Erfindung liegt nun darin, daß auf wenigstens einer Oberflächenseite der Verschlußplatine Erhebungen zur Vereinzelung der Verschlußplatinen aus einem UV-Licht-härtenden Material aufgebracht werden.
UV-Licht-härtendes Material hat den Vorteil, daß keine Verdunstung von Lösungsmittel stattfindet, wodurch die Dicke des Schichtauftrags im Wesentlichen der späteren Schichtdicke im trockenen Zustand entspricht. Dadurch läßt sich mit einem Schichtauftrag eine gewünschte Höhe von Erhebungen bzw. Abstandshaltern erreichen, ohne daß hierzu (wie bei konventionellen Farben) ein wirtschaftlich nicht vertretbarer bzw. mehrfacher Schichtdickenauftrag notwendig wäre.The invention relates to a method for producing a closure plate for closing containers, in which a film material, for. In Fig. 1 ist eine nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren hergestellte Verschlußplatine im Querschnitt ausschnittsweise dargestellt. Die Verschlußplatine 1 besteht aus einer Aluminiumfolie 2, die auf einer Oberflächenseite mit einer Heißsiegellackschicht 3 versehen ist und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite verschiedene Farbschichten 4 zur Erzeugung eines gewünschten Druckmotives aufweist. Zur Erzeugung des Druckmotivs werden vorzugsweise die UV-Licht-härtenden Farben weiß, gelb, rot, blau und dunkelblau übereinander gelegt. Selbstverständlich ist jede andere Farbkombination möglich. Auf diese UV-Licht-gehärteten Farbschichten 4 werden in einem weiteren Druckschritt, vorzugsweise einem Flexo-Druckschritt Abstandshalter ebenfalls aus einem UV-Licht-härtenden Material aufgebracht. Mit einem einzigen Druckschritt ist ohne weiteres durch den Einsatz des UV-Licht-härtenden Materials eine Höhe h der Abstandshalter von ca. 3-6 µm möglich. - b) Aufbringen der UV-Licht-härtenden Farbschichten 4 zur Erzeugung des Druckmotivs,
- c) Bedrucken der Farbschichten 4 mit einem weiteren UV-Licht-härtenden Material zur Herstellung der Abstandshalter 5,
- d) Ausstanzen der Verschlußplatine 1 in einer gewünschten Form.

Claims (5)
