Abstract

Die Reinstlufteinrichtung hat mindestens einen Ventilator (4), dem wenigstens ein Filter (7) nachgeschaltet und mindestens ein Wärmeübertrager (3), vorzugsweise ein Kühler, vorgeschaltet ist. Um die Reinstlufteinrichtung so auszubilden, daß die Zuluft in konstruktiv einfacher Weise und bei kompakten Abmessungen zuverlässig den jeweiligen Reinräumen zugeführt werden kann, ist der Ventilator (4), der Filter (7) und der Wärmeübertrager (3) in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse untergebracht, das als Einbaumodul ausgebildet ist. Dadurch gelangt die durch den Filter (7) strömende Zuluft unmittelbar in den Reinraum, während die Rückluft aus dem Reinraum unmittelbar dem Wärmeübertrager (3) zugeführt wird. Die als modulare Einheit ausgebildete Reinstlufteinrichtung hat nur kleine Abmessungen, so daß sie nur einen geringen Einbauraum benötigt.
