Claims (9)

  1. Ein Verfahren zum Erhalten einer hochqualitativen Druckplatte durch Aufsprühen einer Spritzlösung auf eine Empfangsoberfläche, bei der es sich nicht um eine gekörnte und eloxierte Aluminiumoberfläche handelt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckfaktor (PF) weniger als 200 mN/m beträgt, wobei PF = (P/d) x (σ +  mN/m °)
    PF : Druckfaktor (mN/m)
    P : Spritzprofil (mm)
    d : Abstand zwischen dem Spritzkopf und der Empfangsoberfläche (mm)
    σ : Oberflächenspannung (mN/m)
     : dynamischer Kontaktwinkel der Empfangsoberfläche mit Wasser bei einer 2sekündigen Kontaktzeit (°).
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckfaktor weniger als 125 mN/N beträgt.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spritzlösung hydrophobe thermoplastische polymere Teilchen und eine Verbindung, die Licht in Wärme umzuwandeln vermag, enthält.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lösung ein hydrophiles Bindemittel enthält.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Empfangsoberfläche eine hydrophile Oberfläche einer lithografischen Unterlage ist.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Empfangsmaterial eine in eine Druckmaschine einbaubare Trommel mit einer hydrophilen Oberfläche ist.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Empfangsoberfläche eine auf eine Trommel aufgespannte lithografische Platte mit einer hydrophilen Oberfläche ist.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Empfangsoberfläche eine auf einen biegsamen Träger aufgetragene hydrophile Beschichtung ist.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der dynamische Kontaktwinkel der Empfangsoberfläche mit Wasser nach einer 2sekündigen Kontaktzeit weniger als 60° beträgt.
