Claims (11)
- Flughafen-Serienkreistransformator zur Stromversorgung von Feuern, Lichtern etc. auf Flughäfen, insbesondere von Unterflurfeuern auf Runways und Taxiways, mit zumindest einer Primär- und einer Sekundärwicklung aus isolierten Drähten, wobei die Primär- und Sekundärwicklung in einem Gehäuse angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Primär- und die Sekundärwicklung außer der Drahtisolierung noch zumindest eine zusätzliche, insbesondere gasdichte, die Windungen der Wicklungen kapselnde, Isolierung aufweisen.
- Flughafen-Serienkreistransformator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Windungen der Primär- und der Sekundärwicklung in einer gas- und feuchtigkeitsdichten Kunststoffspritzmasse durch gemeinsames Umspritzen eingebettet sind.
- Flughafen-Serienkreistransformator nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Wicklungen einbettende Kunststoffspritzmasse von einer das Gehäuse (1) bildenden, gasdichten, mechanisch besonders widerstandfähigen Spritzmasse umhüllt wird.
- Flughafen-Serienkreistransformator nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spritzmasse des Gehäuses (1) gasdichte, angeformte Kabelanschlussstutzen (6) aufweist.
- Flughafen-Serienkreistransformator nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innere Kunststoffspritzmasse und die Gehäusespritzmasse aus thermoplastischem Material, vorzugsweise aus thermoplastischem Elastomer, z.B. Epoxydharz, aus Polyestermaterial und/oder Polyamid bestehen.
- Flughafen-Serienkreistransformator nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3, 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material des Gehäuses (1) und das Material zur Einbettung der Primär- und der Sekundärwicklung einen einstückigen, feuchtigkeits- und gasdichten, durch Spritzvorgänge gebildeten Block bilden.
- Flughafen-Serienkreistransformator nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) als stapelbarer Quader ausgebildet ist.
- Flughafen-Serienkreistransformator nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest auf einer Seite des Gehäuses (1) ein flacher Trapezkörper (2) angeordnet ist.
- Flughafen-Serienkreistransformator nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er in seiner Längsseite angespritzte, gasdichte Kabelanschlüsse (6) aufweist, die Kabelenden (5) gasdicht aufnehmen.
- Flughafen-Serienkreistransformator nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) auf einer Seite flache Vertiefungen aufweist, die mit den Trapezkörpern (2) korrelieren.
- Flughafen-Serienkreistransformator nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) wulstförmige Eckversteifungen (3) aufweist.
