Claims (9)
- Ensemble comprenant des structures métalliques navales (10) et un gabarit de tamponnement (13, 20 et 21) pour le passage de profilés de renfort structurel (11) sur lesdites structures navales, ledit gabarit (13, 10, 21) équipé d'une rainure spéciale (17), apte à permettre le passage du profilé de renfort structurel (11), ce gabarit (13, 20 et 21) étant appliqué en adhérant parfaitement auxdites structures métalliques traversées (10), en correspondance du point de croisement avec le profilé de renfort structurel (11), caractérisé par le fait que le gabarit (13, 20, 21) est collé aux structures métalliques traversées (10) au moyen d'un matériau scellant, incombustible et élastique.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le matériau scellant, incombustible et élastique, est constitué par un produit à un seul composant à base de fibres, connu sous la dénomination commerciale de ™NAVYCROSS M.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'épaisseur du gabarit (13, 20, 21) est de 3 mm. et que la superposition sur la structure métallique traversée (10) est de 20 mm.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le gabarit (13, 20, 21) est constitué par une seule pièce.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le gabarit (13, 20, 21) est constitué par deux pièces.
- Procédé d'application du gabarit de tamponnement (13, 20 et 21) tel que défini dans la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que, avant de présenter le gabarit (13), on pose sur la surface de la structure métallique traversée (10), dans la zone prévue de superposition avec le gabarit (13), une couche (18) de matériau scellant, on présente le gabarit (13), en effectuant une pression sur celui-ci, puis on fixe plus solidement le gabarit (13) sur la structure métallique traversée (10) au moyen de points de soudure (14, 15 et 16; 22, 23, 24 et 25) et, pour terminer, tout autour du périmètre du gabarit (13) on dépose un cordon d'encollage (19).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que les points de soudure préventive (14, 15 et 16) sont au nombre de trois, dont deux dans la partie supérieure du gabarit (13), des deux côtés du profilé de renfort structurel (11) et le troisième dans la partie inférieure du gabarit (13), en correspondance de l'extrémité de la rainure (17).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que les points de soudure préventive sont au nombre de quatre (22, 23, 24 et 25), dont deux se trouvent dans la partie supérieure du gabarit (13) des deux côtés du profilé de renfort structurel (11), le troisième dans la partie inférieure du gabarit (13), en correspondance de l'extrémité de la rainure (17) et le quatrième en correspondance de l'intersection entre le bord externe des deux pièces (20 et 21) du gabarit et la ligne d'union horizontale (26) entre ces deux pièces (20 et 21).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le cordon d'encollage (19) s'étend non seulement sur le périmètre, mais également sur le tronçon (19') sur la ligne d'union horizontale (26) entre les deux pièces (20 et 21).
