Claims (10)
- Elektrowerkzeug, insbesondere eine Bohr- oder Schlagbohrmaschine bzw. ein Bohrhammer oder ein Schrauber, mit einem Maschinengehäuse (12), mit einem Antriebsmotor zum Antrieb einer Spindel (24), mit einem mit der Spindel (24) verbundenen Futter (14) zum Einspannen eines Werkzeugs, mit einem Klemmgesperre (30), wobei die Spindel (24) durch das Klemmgesperre (30) drehfest gegenüber dem Maschinengehäuse (12) festlegbar ist und das Klemmgesperre (30) bei einer Drehmomentübertragung vom Antriebsmotor zum Futter (14) die Spindel (24) selbsttätig freischaltet und bei einer Drehmomentübertragung vom Futter (14) zum Antriebsmotor die Spindel (24) selbsttätig gegenüber dem Maschinengehäuse (12) festlegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Elektrowerkzeug (10) eine drehmomentgeschaltete Sicherheitskupplung (39) aufweist, wobei die Sicherheitskupplung (39) in das Klemmgesperre (30) integriert ist.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Zwischenwelle (20) vorgesehen ist, die vom Antriebsmotor angetrieben und mit der Spindel (24) über ein Getriebe (22a, b, 26) verbunden ist.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmgesperre (30) mit der integrierten Sicherheitskupplung (39) auf der Zwischenwelle (20) angeordnet ist.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmgesperre (30) ein Gehäuse (32) aufweist, in dem Mitnahmesegmente (34m) angeordnet sind und die Spindel (24) bzw. die Zwischenwelle (20) im Bereich des Klemmgesperres (30) Klemmelemente (20k) aufweist, wobei entweder die Klemmelemente (20k) oder die Mitnahmesegmente (34m) abhängig von der Richtung der Drehmomentübertragung auf im Gehäuse (32) angeordnete Klemmrollen (36) einwirken.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Drehmomentübertragung vom Futter (14) in Richtung des Antriebsmotors die Klemmelemente (20k) die Klemmrollen (36) gegenüber dem Gehäuse (32) des Klemmgesperres (30) verklemmen.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Drehmomentübertragung vom Antriebsmotor in Richtung des Futters (14) die Mitnahmesegmente (34m) die Klemmrollen (36) derart freischalten, dass sie im Gehäuse (32) umlaufen.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehmomentübertragung (E-E) vom Antriebsmotor auf die Spindel (24) bzw. die Zwischenwelle (20) räumlich von der Drehmomentübertragung (D-D) vom Futter (14) auf die Spindel (24) bzw. die Zwischenwelle (20) getrennt ist und das Klemmgesperre (30) mit der Sicherheitskupplung (39) zwischen den beiden Drehmomentübertragungsstellen (E-E; D-D) angeordnet ist.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherheitskupplung (39) eine Rutschkupplung ist.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenwelle (20) mit der Spindel (24) über mindestens zwei Getriebestufen (22a, 22b, 26) koppelbar ist.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Rechts- und einen Linkslauf besitzt.
