Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Schutz gegen die Wirkung einer Landmine,
nach dem im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 angegebenen Merkmalen.
Insbesondere soll sich der Schutz gegen die Wirkung einer Landmine auf Personen
in Fahrzeugen, speziell in gepanzerten Fahrzeugen beziehen, wobei auch das Fahrzeug
insgesamt gegen die Wirkung der Explosion von Minen, die auf oder im Erdboden
verlegt sind, geschützt sein soll. Bekannte Fahrzeuge haben am Chassis in der
Regel einen glatten Unterboden und eine möglichst hohe Bodenfreiheit zwischen
Unterboden und Erdboden, die von entsprechend ausgebildeten Rad- oder Kettenfahrwerken
sichergestellt wird, damit sich das Fahrzeug auch im Gelände möglichst
ungehindert fortbewegen kann. Die brisante Druckwirkung der unter dem Fahrzeug
explodierenden Mine wirkt auf den relativ großflächigen Fahrzeugboden, verformt
und beschädigt diesen und und kann erhebliche Schäden im Fahrzeug verursachen.
Nach dem Stand der Technik sind verschiedene Vorschläge zur Vermeidung dieser

Aus der DE 3119786 ist es bekannt, zum Schutz gegen Minen auf der Unterseite
des Fahrzeugs flächige Panzerungselemente anzubringen.
In der DE 19631715 ist der Fahrzeugboden mit einem keilförmig zum Boden ausgebildeten
Deflektor ausgerüstet, wobei der Deflektor auch mit einem Gasgenerator
ausgerüstet sein kann zur Abstützung von innen und Gegenwirkung gegen die Explosion.
In der DE 19653283 wird eine Raumzelle als Besatzungsraum im Fahrzeuggehäuse
separat elastisch aufgehängt, um damit auch Schockwirkungen, die von außen auf
das Fahrzeug wirken, in Bezug auf die Personen im Fahrzeug zu beseitigen.
In weiteren Anmeldungen werden Verformungskörper am Fahrzeugboden angebracht,
um die Druckwirkung von Minen auf das Fahrzeug zu vermindern. From DE 3119786 it is known to provide flat armor elements on the underside of the vehicle for protection against mines.

Ein dargestelltes gepanzertes Fahrzeug 1 wird an seiner Unterseite und Bodenplatte
3 mit einem rechteckförmigen hohlen Kasten 5 versehen, der im Verhältnis zur ebenen
Ausdehnung eine geringe Bauhöhe aufweist und sich über die gesamte Breite
und Länge der Bodenplatte 3 erstreckt. Die Bauhöhe ergibt sich aus der Differenz
der Maße 6 und 7. In dem hohlen Kasten 5 werden Dämpfungselemente 4 vergleichbar
mit kleinen Sandsäcken mit mehreren Elementen sowohl in der Längsrichtung
als auch in der Querrichtung des Kastens 5 angeordnet, so daß der Kasten
5 innen vollständig mit Elementen angefüllt ist. Die ursprüngliche Bodenfreiheit des
Fahrzeugs 1, das auf Laufrollen 8 auf dem Boden 2 aufsteht, ist durch das Maß 6
gegeben. Durch Einbau des Kastens 5 wird die Bodenfreiheit im sonst unveränderten
Fahrzeug auf das Maß 7 reduziert.
In Figur 1, 2 ist ein Kettenfahrzeug 1 im Umriß skizziert. Der bezeichnete Kasten 5
ist in gleicher Weise auch bei einem Radfahrzeug anbaubar. Der Kasten 5 wird
durch eine Platte 18 und einen umlaufenden seitlichen Rand 19 gebildet und ist allseitig
geschlossen, wobei die obere Begrenzung als Deckel durch die Bodenplatte 3
des Fahrzeugs gebildet wird. An der Berührung 9 zwischen dem Kasten 5 und der
Fahrzeugbodenplatte 3 wird der Kasten 5 mit dem Fahrzeug 1 fest durch Schweißen
oder lösbar durch Schrauben verbunden (nicht näher dargestellt).
In Figur 3 ist ein Detail der Vorrichtung im Längs- oder gleichermaßen anwendbar im
Querschnitt dargestellt. Die bezeichneten Dämpfungselemente 4 liegen nebeneinander
im Kasten 5 bzw. auf der Platte 18. Für die Fixierung der Elemente 4 sind Längs- und
Querrippen 12 auf der Platte 18 aufgebracht, zum Beipiel durch Schweißen oder
Preßverformung der Platte 18. Die rechteckförmigen Elemente 4 sind mit einem feinkörnigen
Medium 11, zum Beispiel Sand, gefüllt und werden von einer reißfesten
Umhüllung 10 umschlossen. Die Platte 18 wird durch eingepreßte Sicken, die über
die gesamte Platte verteilt sind, formstabil gemacht, wobei die Rippen 12 vorteilhaft
auch mit den Sicken integriert werden können. Die Elemente 4 können auch mit der
Platte 18 an der Unterseite 13 verklebt sein.
In Figur 4 ist alternativ dargestellt, wie die ursprüngliche Bodenfreiheit 6 aus Figur 1
auch bei Einbau des Kastens 5 erhalten werden kann. Durch Einstellung der Federung
15 für jedes Rad, zum Beispiel Einstellung der Federstäbe auf eine höhere Vorspannung
oder Verwendung alternativer Federstäbe, wobei die Laufrollen 8 an
Tragarmen 16 in Lagerstellen 17 gelagert sind, wird das Fahrzeug auf eine Bodenfreiheit
mit Maß 14 gebracht. Dieses Maß 14 kann die Höhe der ursprünglichen Bodenfreiheit
6 aus Figur 1 erreichen. An
