Abstract

The hinge comprises a hinge arm (1) joined to a fixed part (2) by a hinge pin (3). A guide component can be moved along guide slots (5, 6) in the arm and fixed part, the slot (6) for the fixed part being non-linear. At least one spring is used to hold the guide component in either of its two stop end positions (E1, E2). Pivoting the arm to move the guide component from one stop end position to a turning point (W) in the non-linear slot is achieved by overcoming a spring bias, and after this turning point the spring bias urges the arm into the second stop end position.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Klappscharnier-Gelenk mit einem ortsfesten Scharnierteil und einen verschwenkbaren Scharnierteil, die gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind.
Ein solches Klappscharnier-Gelenk dient als Einrichtung , um z.B. einen Deckel in einer Schließ(Zuhalte)-Position bzw. einer Öffnungsposition zu halten.
In der Deutschen Offenlegungsschrift DE 2232379 ist ein Klappenverschluß mit einer selbshaftenden Verschluß- und Öffnungs-Stellung beschrieben, bei der die Führung der Klappe mittels in einer rechtwinklig geknickten Nut geführter Zapfen unter Einwirkung einer Zugfeder erfolgt.
In der Deutschen Patentschrift DE 4240 790 ist ein Scharnier für eine hochschwenkbare Abdeckhaube eines Kraftwagens beschrieben, welches ein Koppelgestänge mit zwei besonders ausgebildeten Lenkern , eine Zugfeder und einen Steuerhebel für das Koppelgestänge umfaßt, der in eine Führungskulisse einschwenkbar und in dieser verschiebbar ist.

Das ortsfeste Scharnierteils 2 hat einen torrahmen-ähnlichen Aufbau mit zwei parallel zueinander verlaufenden Seitenwänden 10 und 11. Jede Seitenwand weist einen Führungsschlitz (Führungsbahn) 6 . Dieser Führungsschlitz in beiden Seitenwänden dient der Führung einer feder(7)kraftbeaufschlagten Gleitachse (Führungsglied) 4. Die Führungsbahn ist durch einen Wendepunkt W gekennzeichnet. Dieser Wendepunkt bewirkt, daß die feder(7)kraftbeaufschlagte Gleitachse 4 in der Führungsbahn entweder die feste Anschlags-Endposition E1 oder E2 an den Enden der Führungsbahn einnimmt. Durch diese beiden Positionen E1 und E2 sind maximal die Schließ(Zuhalte)-Position und die Öffnungsposition z.B. einer Wartungsklappe bei Flugzeugen bestimmt. Die Stellung des Fübrungsgliedes 4 in der Position E1 oder E2 der Führungsbahn bestimmt die Stellung der Klappe:

    geschlossen oder geöffnet". Die Führungsbahn zeigt vorzugsweise einen stetigen Verlauf, d.h. der Wendepunkt W ist nicht als scharfer Knick ausgebildet, sondern zeigt wie auch die Bahn selbst eine Krümmung. Der Krümmungswert ist im Wendepunkt höher als in den anderen Teilen der Führungsbahn.
    Zwischen den beiden Seitenwänden 10 und 11 ist eine Achse 3 angeordnet. Sie dient als Schwenkachse für das verschwenkbaren Scharnierteil 1 , welches zwischen den Seitenwänden 10 und 11 des ortsfesten Scharnierteiles 2 angeordnet ist. Die Schwenkachse 3 verläuft durch die Bohrungen 7 des Scharnierteiles 1. Sie ist fest mit den Außenwänden 10, 11 des Scharnierteiles 2 verbunden.
    Die Seitenwandungen 12 und 13 des Scharnierteiles 1 weisen einen Führungsschlitz 5 auf, in welchem die Gleitachse 4 verläuft.
    Im zusammengebauten Zustand beider Teile 1 und 2 verläuft die beiden Teilen gemeinsame Gleitachse 4 sowohl im Führungsschlitz 5 des Scharnierteiles 1 als auch im Führungsschlitz 6 des Scharnierteiles 2.
    In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel weist der Führungsschlitz 6 einen Wendepunkt auf, nicht aber der Führungsschlitz 5 im Scharnierteil 1.FIG. 1 shows

    wobei die Führungsbahn (6) des Führungsteiles (2) nicht geradlinig ist und einen Wendepunkt (W) aufweist,
    mindestens eine Feder (7) , durch welche das Führungsglied (4) entweder in der Anschlags-Endposition (E1) oder (E2) gehalten wird,
    und daß die Schwenkung des Schwenkarmes (1) für den Weg des Führungsgliedes (4) von einer Anschlags-Endposition (E1 oder E2) bis zum Wendepunkt (W) gegen die Kraft der Feder (7) erfolgt, und daß ab Wendepunkt (W) der Schwenkarm (1) federkraftgetrieben (7) in die andere Anschlags-Endposition (E2 bzw. E1) drückbar ist.
