Abstract

Eine Gummituchhülse für einen kanallosen Gummituchzylinder einer Offset-Druckmaschine weist eine innere, formstabile Trägerhülse (12) als tragende Schicht auf. Unter Zwischenschaltung einer Haftvermittlerschicht (13) ist eine kompressible Elastomerschicht (14) angebunden, deren Kompressibilität im Bereich zwischen 7 % und 15 % bei 100 N/cm2 Belastung liegt. Außen ist die nahtlose Deckgummischicht (16) als druckende Schicht aufgebracht. Alle Schichten bilden nahtlose, zylindrische Körper und sind fest miteinander verbunden.
