Claims (22)

  1. Dispositif déflecteur (3, 58) pour un battant (4) basculant ou oscillo-battant monté pivotant sur un cadre (1), notamment pour une fenêtre ou une porte-fenêtre avec un équipement de basculement (8, 60) afin de déplacer le battant (4) entre une position en appui sur le cadre (1) et une position basculée par rapport au cadre (1), comportant un équipement de verrouillage (13, 59) afin de verrouiller le battant (4) dans le cadre (1) et afin de lever le verrouillage et avec un équipement d'entraínement (14, 61) afin d'actionner l'équipement de basculement (8, 60) et afin d'actionner l'équipement de verrouillage (13, 59) et avec un équipement coupleur (45, 63) afin d'établir une liaison au choix d'un seul entraínement (29, 65) de l'équipement d'entraínement (14, 61) avec l'équipement de verrouillage (13, 59) et/ou avec l'équipement de basculement (8, 60), l'équipement d'entraínement (14, 61) présentant une tige filetée (30, 66) entraínée et un écrou (31, 64) placé sur la tige filetée (30, 66) caractérisé en ce que l'équipement de basculement (8, 60) présente une came de commande (37, 67) et en ce que l'écrou (31, 64) de l'équipement de basculement (8, 60) est relié à un coulisseau (39, 69) guidé par la came de commande (37, 67) et en ce que la came de commande (37, 67) est disposée dans un bras déflecteur (17, 68) logé dans le battant (4) et dans le cadre (1).
  2. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que des écrous (31, 32) respectivement reliés à l'équipement de basculement (8) et à l'équipement de verrouillage (13) sont disposés sur la tige filetée (30) et en ce que l'équipement coupleur (45) est conformé pour séparer les écrous (32) de la tige filetée (30).
  3. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau (39, 69) est disposé sur une plaque de commande (38, 74) décalable par translation et reliée avec l'écrou (31, 64) de l'équipement de basculement (8, 60).
  4. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que la tige filetée (30) possède un premier tronçon fileté (47) destiné à entraíner l'écrou (31) de l'équipement de basculement (8) et un second tronçon fileté (48), séparé du premier tronçon fileté (47) et conformé pour entraíner l'écrou (32) de l'équipement de verrouillage (13).
  5. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que l'équipement coupleur (45) possède entre les deux tronçons filetés (47, 48) une rainure de dégagement (46) de la largeur de l'écrou (32) de l'équipement de verrouillage (13) et des moyens pour déplacer l'écrou (32) vers la rainure de dégagement (46) ou vers le second tronçon fileté (48).
  6. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que l'écrou (31) de l'équipement de basculement (8) pour déplacer l'écrou (32) de l'équipement de verrouillage (13) est conformé sur le second tronçon fileté (48).
  7. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que l'écrou (32) est maintenu dans sa position axiale prévue, dans la rainure de dégagement (46) au moyen d'un élément d'enclenchement (54).
  8. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que l'un des écrous (31, 32) possède un élément ressort (56) orienté vers l'autre écrou (31, 32).
  9. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que l'écrou (31) de l'équipement de basculement (8) présente un élément d'interception (55) pour déplacer l'écrou (32) de l'équipement de verrouillage (13) du second tronçon fileté (48) de la tige filetée (30) vers la rainure de dégagement (46).
  10. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce qu'un élément à ressort appliquant une tension préalable sur l'écrou (32) dans la rainure de dégagement (46) est placé entre une pièce fixe de l'équipement d'entraínement (14) et l'écrou (32) de l'équipement de verrouillage (13).
  11. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'un accouplement à friction est disposé entre l'entraínement (29) et l'équipement de basculement (8, 60).
  12. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 11 caractérisé en ce que le premier tronçon fileté (47) est disposé sur une douille et l'accouplement à friction entre la douille et la tige filetée (30).
  13. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'équipement coupleur (45, 63) présente un tronçon (43) rectiligne dans la came de commande (37, 67), avec lequel l'équipement de basculement (8, 60) reste non-entraíné.
  14. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'équipement coupleur (63) dispose d'au moins un toc d'entraínement (62) pour générer au choix une liaison géométrique avec l'équipement de basculement (60) et/ou l'équipement de verrouillage (59) et en ce que l'équipement d'entraínement (61) est conformé pour déplacer le toc d'entraínement (62).
  15. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 14 caractérisé en ce que le toc d'entraínement (62) est disposé sur un ressort à lames (70) et qu'il est tendu contre une glissière (71) délimitée par une came radiale (77) et/ou un évidement (75) dans une crémone (72).
  16. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'équipement d'entraínement (61) possède un engrenage planétaire (79) disposé entre l'électromoteur (78) et la tige filetée (66).
  17. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la tige filetée (30, 66) est conformée pour tirer les écrous (32, 64) en position ouverte de l'équipement de verrouillage (13, 59).
  18. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'équipement d'entraínement (14, 61) est commutable par des interrupteurs de fin de course (49, 50) réalisables en utilisant les positions de fin de course des écrous (31, 32, 64).
  19. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que la plaque de commande (38, 74) est guidée dans les trous oblongs (40, 40') d'une têtière (23) recouvrant une rainure à ferrures du battant (1).
  20. Dispositif déflecteur selon la revendication 3 ou 19 caractérisé en ce qu'une crémone (24, 72) décalable longitudinalement de l'équipement de verrouillage (13, 59) possède une trou oblong traversé par un toc d'entraínement (52, 73) reliant l'écrou (31, 64) de l'équipement de basculement (8, 60) à la plaque de commande (38, 74).
  21. Oscillo-battant avec dispositif déflecteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que l'équipement d'entraínement (14, 61) est fixé sur le côté du battant (4) prévu pour être orienté vers l'intérieur et possède des éléments d'enfichage (34, 35), pénétrant dans le battant (4), au niveau des trous oblongs (33), reliés à l'équipement de basculement (8) et à l'équipement de verrouillage (13).
  22. Oscillo-battant selon la revendication 21 caractérisé en ce que l'équipement d'entraínement (14, 61) et l'équipement de basculement (8, 60) présentent chacun des tocs d'entraínement (52, 53, 73) et en ce que les éléments enfichables (34, 35) de l'équipement d'entraínement (14, 61) enserrent latéralement les tocs d'entraínement (52, 53, 73).
