Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen oder Bearbeiten von Fässern (4), bei dem die Fässer (4) mit vertikal ausgerichteter Längsachse (1) gehalten und in dieser Orientierung bearbeitet, insbesondere verformt, gebördelt, mit Sicken, Boden und Deckel versehen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fässer (4) in einer Transferebene bewegt und zur Bearbeitung in einen unter der Transferebene liegenden Bearbeitungsbereich einer unter der Transferebene angeordneten Bearbeitungseinrichtung, insbesondere Formgebungsmaschine (8a, 8b), abgesenkt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fässer zur Bearbeitung mit vertikaler Längsachse abgesenkt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fässer in der Transferebene mit vertikaler Längsachse bewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fässer in der Bearbeitungseinrichtung (8a, 8b) von innen und/oder von außen bearbeitet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fässer in der Bearbeitungseinrichtung auf der gesamten axialen Länge oder einem Teil davon bearbeitet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fässer stufenweise abgesenkt und bearbeitet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fässer nach einer Bearbeitung angehoben und in die Transferebene zurückbewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fässer mehrere Bearbeitungsschritte (Absenken, Bearbeiten und Anheben) an mehreren Bearbeitungseinrichtungen nacheinander durchlaufen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fässer an ausgewählten Bearbeitungseinrichtungen vorbeibewegt werden, ohne bearbeitet zu werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fässer aus Stahl- oder Metallblech, mehrschichtig geleimter Pappe (Fibre) oder mehrschichtigen Metall-Kunststofftafeln hergestellt werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen oder Bearbeiten von Fässern (4), insbesondere zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, mit einer Transfereinrichtung (7) zum Bewegen der Fässer (4) in einer Transferebene und einer Bearbeitungseinrichtung (8a, 8b) zum Herstellen oder Bearbeiten der Fässer in einem Bearbeitungsbereich, insbesondere Einrichtung zum Verformen, Bördeln und Versehen mit Sicken, Boden und Deckel, und mit Mitteln zum Halten der Fässer (4) während der Bearbeitung in einer Orientierung mit vertikaler Längsachse (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transfereinrichtung (7) so ausgebildet ist, daß die Transferebene über dem Bearbeitungsbereich liegt und die Fässer (4) in den Bearbeitungsbereich absenkbar sind, wobei die Bearbeitungseinrichtung (8a, 8b) unter der Transferebene liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transfereinrichtung (7) die Fässer (4) mit vertikaler Längsachse bewegt und/oder absenkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungseinrichtung (8a, 8b) das Werkstück (4) von innen und/oder außen bearbeitet, insbesondere beidseitig bördelt oder einseitig bördelt und anderseitig bordiert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bearbeitungseinrichtung (8a, 8b) die Fässer (4) mit Roll- und/oder Verstärkungssicken (2, 3) versieht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anzahl von Bearbeitungseinrichtungen in Reihe angeordnet ist.
