Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Handhaben von Bobinen aus bahnförmigem Verpackungsmaterial im Bereich eines Magazins und in Verbindung mit einer Verpackungsmaschine, wobei das Magazin aus zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordneten, parallelen Tragstangen besteht, auf welchem die Bobinen mit einem unteren Umfangsbereich ruhen können.The invention relates to a device for handling reels of sheet-like packaging material in the region of a magazine and in connection with a packaging machine, wherein the magazine consists of two spaced, parallel support rods on which the reels can rest with a lower peripheral region.
Leistungsfähige Verpackungsmaschinen, insbesondere aus dem Bereich der Zigarettenindustrie, bedürfen eines maschinenseitigen Magazins für das bahnförmige, als gewickelte Bobinen zur Verfügung gestellte Verpackungsmaterial. Der Erfindung liegt ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein leistungsfähiges Magazin für Bobinen aus bahnförmigem Verpackungsmaterial vorzuschlagen, welches eine automatisierbare Handhabung der Bobinen ermöglicht. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung durch folgende Merkmale gekennzeichnet:
- a) die Bobinen sind einzeln durch einen Wagen im Bereich des Magazins transportierbar,
- b) der Wagen ist unterhalb der Tragstangen verfahrbar,
- c) der Wagen weist eine Aufnahme für eine einzelne Bobine auf,
- d) die Aufnahme ist zum Erfassen der Bobine zwischen den Tragstangen aufwärts und zum Absetzen der Bobine auf den Tragstangen abwärts bewegbar,
- e) die Bobine ist im Bereich einer Übergabestation außerhalb der Tragstangen von oben her auf den Wagen bzw. dessen Aufnahme absetzbar und sodann durch den Wagen in den Bereich der Tragstangen transportierbar und auf diesen absetzbar.

- Apparatus for handling reels (10) of web-like packaging material in the region of a magazine (12) and in conjunction with a packaging machine, the magazine (12) comprising two spaced-apart, parallel carrying rods (13, 14), on which the reels (10) can rest by way of a bottom circumferential region, characterized by the following features:a) the reels can be transported individually in the region of the magazine (12) by a carriage (16),b) the carriage (16) can be displaced beneath the carrying rods (13, 14),c) the carriage (16) has a mount (22) for an individual reel (10),d) the mount (22) can be moved upwards, in order to intercept a reel (10) between the carrying rods (13, 14), and downwards, in order to set down the reel (10) on the carrying rods (13, 14),e) the reel (10) can be set down on the carriage (16), or on the mount (22) of the same, from above in the region of a transfer station (27), outside the carrying rods (13, 14), and can then be transported by the carriage (16) into the region of the carrying rods (13, 14) and can be set down thereon.
- Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the mount (22) of the carriage (16) has axis-parallel bearing rods (23, 24), on which the reel (10) rests in the case of a corresponding upward movement of the mount (22) between the carrying rods (13, 14).
- Apparatus according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the mount (22) of the carriage (16) has side guides (25, 26), by means of which a reel (10) intercepted by the mount (22) is supported in the region of upright side surfaces.
- Apparatus according to Claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that the mount (22) is mounted on supporting rods (28, 29) and can be moved in the vertical direction by a rack gear mechanism or by a pressure-medium cylinder.
- Apparatus according to Claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that the carriage (16) is mounted such that it can be displaced on guides, and can be moved by a linear unit, as drive mechanism, in the longitudinal direction of the magazine (12).
- Apparatus according to Claim 5, characterized in that the carriage (16) is mounted for sliding action on slide rails (17, 18), beneath the carrying rods (13, 14), by way of two spaced-apart slides (20, 21).
