Abstract

In die Zufuhrleitung (10) eines Sprinklerrohrnetzes wird von einer Druckgasversorgung (41) in inertes Gas eingespeist, damit keine gefrierende Flüssigkeit in den Rohren enthalten ist. Die Schnellöffnungsklappe (45) eines Löschventils (40) trennt die mit Flüssigkeit gefüllte Löschwasserleitung (20) von der mit Gas gefüllten Zufuhrleitung (10). Im Falle des Ansprechens eines oder mehrerer Sprinkler wird die Schnellöffnungsklappe (45) nur dann geöffnet, wenn zugleich ein Brandmelder (13) an eine Brandmeldezentrale (14) Feuer gemeldet hat. In diesem Fall wird ein Auslöseventil (42) geöffnet, welches Druckluft von einer Zufuhrleitung (48) über eine Drossel (51) und eine Verbindungsleitung (55) in die das Gas enthaltende Zufuhrleitung (10) einspeist. Dadurch sinkt der Druck einer Leitung (60), welche über einen Zylinder (74) eine Arretierstange (73) im Haltezustand hält. Bei abgesunkenem Druck in der Leitung (60) wird die Arretierstange (73) zurückgefahren und die Schnellöffnungsklappe (45) wird geöffnet. Bei Leckagen im Sprinklerrohrnetz wird der Gasverlust über die Verbindungsleitung (55) ausgeglichen, ohne daß die Schnellöffnungsklappe (45) geöffnet wird.

A compressed gas supply (41) feeds inert gas into the supply line (10) of a sprinkler pipe network, so that no freezing liquid is contained in the pipes. The quick opening flap (45) of an extinguishing valve (40) separates the extinguishing water line (20) filled with liquid from the supply line (10) filled with gas. If one or more sprinklers respond, the quick-opening flap (45) is only opened if a fire detector (13) has reported fire to a fire alarm control panel (14) at the same time. In this case, a release valve (42) is opened, which feeds compressed air from a supply line (48) via a throttle (51) and a connecting line (55) into the supply line (10) containing the gas. This reduces the pressure of a line (60) which holds a locking rod (73) in the holding state via a cylinder (74). When the pressure in the line (60) has dropped, the locking rod (73) is retracted and the quick-opening flap (45) is opened. In the event of leaks in the sprinkler pipe network, the gas loss is compensated for via the connecting line (55) without the quick-opening flap (45) being opened.
