Description
The invention relates to a device for linear Supply of cable ends to assembly units, the edit the cable ends.
From US Pat. No. 4,862,587, which is considered to be the closest prior art, is a Cable processing device has become known by means of Cables cut to length, stripped at the ends and with a Crimp contact be provided. The cable ends are using a transfer device of a processing station fed. These are on an endless chain gripper arranged, which take over a cable to be transported and the processing station. Around Processing stations, the endless belt has a linear Section on and is returned via deflecting wheels. One The lever mechanism closes and opens the grippers. The distance of Gripper with each other is chosen such that the subsequent gripper in the starting position of the leading the way, at the last processing station standing gripper passes.
A disadvantage of the known device is that the grippers are mechanically connected via the chain. The Machining stations must be on the chain and on the Distance of the grippers aligned with each other in the chain become. The smallest possible change in distance is due to the Length of a chain link specified. In addition, it affects this through the engagement of the sprockets in the chain conditional game between chain and sprocket negatively on the Loading accuracy of the gripper, which in turn the Quality of the crimp connection influenced. The game can also adjust themselves in the course of time and / or yourself change over time.
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen.
The invention aims to remedy this situation. The invention,

The advantages achieved by the invention are in essential to see that with the Cable feeders according to the invention have a modular construction Assembly plant is possible. The packaging plant may vary depending on use with more or less Assembly units are equipped. Accordingly can the cable feeder in its performance be adjusted. The calibration of the positions to be approached for the Kabelzubringung can after installation of the Assembly plant or after a conversion of the Assembly plant, for example, manually or by means take a learning trip. Another advantage is that Cable with different cable diameters can be assembled without the Kabelzubringer convert. The Kabelzubringer can those of the Diameters of the cable dependent and thus different Insertion depth in the delivery of the cable to the Take care of assembly units.
15 in z-Richtung absenkbar.

Crimpkontakt 2.31,2.32. Anschliessend bewegt sich die
dritte Transfereinheit 28 zur Abgabeposition und gibt die
fertig konfektionierte Kabelschlaufe 2.1 ab. Die
Transfereinheiten 12,14,28 mit den Greifereinheiten
13,15,29 arbeiten gleichzeitig. Während beispielsweise eine
erste Kabelschlaufe 2.1 vom Schlaufenleger 8 bzw. vom
Kabelwechsler 6 von der ersten Transfereinheit 12 mittels
der ersten Greifereinheit 13 übernommen wird, wird eine
zweite Kabelschlaufe 2.1 von der zweiten Transfereinheit 14
zur Tüllenbestückung zugebracht, während die dritte
