Claims (16)

  1.   4. Assistance device as in any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rod (4) is notched.
  5. Assistance device as in any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rod (4) has a substantially cylindrical outer surface, is notched over an angle-limited distance of its outer surface and may be driven in rotation around its longitudinal axis (X).

  8. Assistance device as in any of the preceding claims combined with claim 2, characterized in that the stirrup-piece (30), gripper (60) and pusher (5) consist of cut and folded metallic blanks.
  9. Assistance device as in any of the preceding claims combined with claim 6, characterized in that the locking mechanism (32) has a thrust spindle (320) crossing through the first side arm (301) of the stirrup-piece, in that the screw block (31) is carried by the thrust spindle (320) of the locking mechanism, in that the second arm (302) of the stirrup-piece carries at least one claw (304) facing in the direction of the first arm (301).
  10. Assistance device as in claim 9, characterized in that the attachment means comprise means for adjusting the length of the screw block (31) for its adaptation to the width of stud (1).
  11. Assistance device as in any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pusher (5), at the end of rod (4), forms an inverted scoop able to selectively maintain a template (7).
  12. Assistance device as in any of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the pusher (5) is mounted removable fashion on the end (40) of rod (4).
  13. Assistance device as in any of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that it comprises means for attaching a rub block to pusher (5) via which the pusher presses against the panelling.
  14. Assistance device as in claim 12 or 13, characterized in that the pusher (5) is in the form of a guiding lug (50) which extends at least partly into a plane containing the longitudinal axis of the rod.
  15. Assistance device as in any of claims 12 to 14, characterized in that the pusher (5) has cut-outs (51, 53, 55) delimiting transverse strips (52, 54, 56, 58) of which at least some (52, 54, 56) are arranged either side of the rod and of which one (58) comes to abut the end (40) of rod (4).
  16. Assistance device as in either of claims 12 and 15, characterized in that the end (40) of rod (4) has a shoulder (400) taking up position in one of the cut-outs and elastically deforming at least one of the transverse strips when the pusher is fitted onto the rod.
