genommen werden.
Soll der Qualitäts-Etikettendruck statt im Tiefdruck im Offsetdruck erfolgen, müssen zu den
Vorteilen dieses Druckverfahrens auch dessen Nachteile im Qualitäts-Etikettendruck in Kauf
genommen werden. Der Nachteil besteht insbesondere in den hohen Kosten für das zu verwendende
Papier (metallbedampftes Papier) und bei Verwendung von metallbedampftem
Papier in dem Druck von Deckweiß, welcher im Offsetverfahren nicht mit optimalem Ergebnis
möglich ist. Bei Verwendung von klassischem Etikettenpapier (hochweiß) ist der Offset
dem Tiefdruck im Metallfarbendruck unterlegen.
Für den Offsetdruck sind Aggregatmaschinen mit einem Bogenanleger, mehreren Druckwerken
und einer Bogenauslage allgemein bekannt, wobei diese Aggregatmaschinen um Trockner,

Damit ist es möglich statt des kostenintensiven metallbedampften Papiers das kostengünstige
hochweiße Etikettenpapier zu verwenden.
Des Weiteren ist diese Maschine bei Außerbetriebnahme der Flexodruckwerke auch als übliche
Offsetdruckmaschine zu verwenden.
Letztendlich können auch metallbedampfte Papiere in den Flexodruckwerken mit einer

Die Elemente erstes Flexodruckwerk 2, erster Trockner 3, zweites Flexodruckwerk 4 und
zweiter Trockner 5 bilden eine Flexodruckstrecke, wobei diese sowohl ein Flexodruckwerk
und einen Trockner als auch mehr als zwei Flexodruckwerke enthalten kann.
Jedem Element der Flexodruckstrecke ist eine Absaugung 6, die mit einer Nachverbrennungsanlage
7 in Wirkverbindung steht, nachgeordnet.
Der Flexodruckstrecke sind mehrere Offsetdruckwerke 8, im Ausführungsbeispiel sind dies
fünf, und ein Lackierwerk 9 nachgeordnet; wobei dem Lackierwerk 9 eine Bogenauslage 10
folgt. In die Bogenauslage 10 ist ein Flexodrucknachtrockner 11, der über die Absaugung mit
der Nachverbrennungsanlage 7 verbunden ist, integriert.
Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit anstelle des Flexodrucknachtrockners 11 einen konventionellen
Trockner 12 anzuordnen; in der Absaugung dieser Trockner 10; 12 ist eine Klappe 13
angeordnet, die die Zwischenschaltung der Nachverbrennungsanlage wahlweise ermöglicht.
Des Weiteren besteht die Möglichkeit vor der Flexodruckstrecke ein Offsetdruckwerk für
Wasseroffset anzuordnen. In diesem Fall wird die Absaugung 6 nicht zur Nachverbrennungsantage

Claims (8)
