Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bogendruckmaschinenanordnung mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen in Transportrichtung der Bogen nacheinander angeordneten Druckeinheiten, wobei eine erste Druckeinheit als eine Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine ausgebildet ist und eine der ersten Druckeinheit in Transportrichtung der Bogen nachgeordnete zweite Druckeinheit eine Siebdruckeinrichtung aufweist, wobei die erste Druckeinheit mindestens ein erstes Druckfluid auf die Bogen auftragend ausgebildet ist, wobei an einer die Bogen von der ersten Druckeinheit zur zweiten Druckeinheit transportierenden Transporteinrichtung ein auf die von der ersten Druckeinheit bedruckten Bogen wirkender erster Trockner angeordnet ist, wobei die Siebdruckeinrichtung der zweiten Druckeinheit ein vom ersten Druckfluid verschiedenes durch ein magnetisches Feld ausrichtbare Partikel enthaltenes zweites Druckfluid auf die Bogen auftragend ausgebildet ist, wobei in Transportrichtung der Bogen nach der Siebdruckeinrichtung der zweiten Druckeinheit ein auf die von dieser Siebdruckeinrichtung bedruckten Bogen an einer Einwirkungsstelle mit einem Magnetfeld einwirkender Zylinder und nach der Einwirkungsstelle durch das Magnetfeld des Zylinders ein auf die von der zweiten Druckeinheit bedruckten Bogen wirkender zweiter Trockner angeordnet sind, wobei der Zylinder an seiner Mantelfläche mindestens zwei magnetische Elemente aufweist, wobei diese magnetischen Elemente jeweils durch das von ihnen erzeugte Magnetfeld die in dem zweiten Druckfluid enthaltenen durch ein magnetisches Feld ausrichtbaren Partikel entlang von Magnetfeldlinien des Magnetfeldes ausrichtend angeordnet sind.The invention relates to a sheet-fed printing machine arrangement with at least two different printing units arranged one after the other in the transport direction of the sheets, a first printing unit being designed as a sheet-fed offset printing machine and a second printing unit downstream of the first printing unit in the transport direction of the sheets having a screen printing device, the first printing unit having at least one first printing fluid is designed to apply to the sheets, wherein a first dryer acting on the sheets printed by the first printing unit is arranged on a transport device which transports the sheets from the first printing unit to the second printing unit, the screen printing device of the second printing unit having a magnetic fluid different from the first printing unit Field alignable particles containing second printing fluid is formed applying to the sheet, wherein in the transport direction of the sheet after the screen printing device, the second printing no cylinder acting on the sheets printed by this screen printing device at a point of action with a magnetic field and after the point of action by the magnetic field of the cylinder a second dryer acting on the sheets printed by the second printing unit are arranged, the cylinder at least two magnetic ones on its outer surface Having elements, these magnetic elements each being arranged by the magnetic field generated by them aligning the particles contained in the second pressure fluid which can be aligned by a magnetic field along magnetic field lines of the magnetic field.
