Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a stage element and a stage system with several stage elements that are in the field of Construction is usable.
When building structures are scaffolding that made numerous stage elements can be built for all kinds of work required. For example, must the reinforcements are attached from scaffolding. Further are usually the ones required for concreting Formwork elements set up from scaffolding. Even during of concreting workers are on scaffolding, to those containers or devices from which the Concrete flows between the formwork to handle. Also Work on the facade is carried out from scaffolding. Finally, climbing formwork systems are common scaffolding mounted on climbing brackets to get from these scaffolding from all of the above activities in With regard to the new above the climbing console to be able to carry out the concrete section of the building.
A wide variety of scaffolds are known in the prior art adapted to each of the above activities are. For example, there are facade scaffolds where vertical beams in a certain grid like this be set up between four in the Top view of a rectangle forming a stage covering can be hung up. It is from EP 0 195 806 B1 especially known to provide an entire scaffolding module, at which the stage coverings are hinged to the beams, so that those arranged on one side of the work surfaces Beams on the beams arranged on the other side can be folded so that the scaffolding module as a whole can be collapsed comparatively small.
In WO 90/14479 a scaffold is also disclosed all four corners of rectangular work platforms Has carrier, the work platforms either foldable or foldable attached to the straps, which are in the installed state on the back of the building.
Such scaffolds are for certain work on the structure quite usable. In particular for reinforcement such scaffolds are worked out, with those Beams that are arranged towards the building interfere can. However, before the formwork elements are used, it is necessary that described in the above Dismantle scaffolding designed in this way. Setting up the Formwork elements is not possible if the scaffolding stay set up because the formwork elements in exactly that Area to be handled by the scaffolding, and here in particular those arranged towards the building Carriers is taken.
For this reason, it doesn't offer an alternative, To build facade scaffolding on work platforms, which on the already built part of the building are anchored. Next the above disadvantages there is a problem that the facade scaffolding on the work platform is tensile would have to be anchored, what for the known stages there are no connections. After all, they are Facade scaffolds are therefore not suitable for this purpose, because material is often used to carry out subsequent work what has to be put on the stages Facade scaffolding is only possible on the top stage.
These disadvantages are also the subject of DE 197 18 650 A1 has not been rectified, in the case of additional parts a possibility is created, common facade scaffolding frames to be attachable to a building wall To expand the console frame. This will only be a replacement created for separate console frames.
In the field of climbing formwork, it is known Attach working platforms to formwork elements, which means that Possibility is created, for example during the To work on these platforms. Since the Working platforms fixed above the formwork elements are, however, they are useless for reinforcement, so that own auxiliary scaffolds are required for this. Hence it also applies to these solutions that they are only for certain activities are suitable, and further scaffolding for the other activities are required.
Finally, DE 89 09 026 U1 is a folding platform known that a frame and a foldable on it attached stage covering. By means of the frame the folding platform can be attached to the building anchors. With this stage can therefore never be a section of a building that is on the same level as the stage. Furthermore, any work required on the building due to the frame attached directly to the building with special needs.
The invention has for its object a stage element and a stage system with several stage elements create that can be used flexibly and that is for the Implementation of numerous different activities in the Suitable for the construction of a building.
This problem is solved by the features of Claim 1.
Accordingly, a stage element is provided according to the invention, in a first embodiment, at least one carrier having. The carrier or carriers essentially serve the stage covering and optionally attachable, further Facilities such as rear guards, too wear. In a second embodiment, this is Stage element designed in such a way that there is no support has, but a support member by means of which Stage element can be attached to a support. Both According to the invention, embodiments have in common that free from the carrier or the support element in the attached state cantilevered extends a stage covering that is foldable is trained.
The measure according to which the stage covering on the carrier or the Carrying element cantilevered when attached trained has the main advantage that at the no disturbing side facing the building Vertical beams are available. Rather, that's about that Building facing area in the horizontal direction continuously free, so that from the stage surface without Impairment of the reinforcement work and the handling of the Concreting facilities can take place.
Furthermore, the stage element according to the invention is distinguished in that the stage covering is designed to be foldable, what regarding the stage covering as a whole and / or one Part of the stage surface can be provided. This will the stage element also for activities other than those above already mentioned, can be used. In particular, it is possible fold back the stage covering and in the area where the now folded back stage coverings were the Manage and set up formwork elements. That through formed several stage elements according to the invention The stage system does not have to be moved for this. By the Folding back the stage coverings creates space for handling and set up the formwork elements.
Finally, the foldable design enables Stage coverings also that with a scaffold that is divided by several stage elements according to the invention is constructed, material not only on the top surface, but after the Fold back the top surface on the underlying stage coverings can be stored. Overall, are thus of a scaffold that is divided by several stage elements according to the invention is built, all in Activities occurring during the construction of the building, like reinforcing, shelling, concreting, moving Prefabricated parts and the subsequent facade work possible, without the scaffolding being replaced by another scaffolding or must be added, or the scaffold must be moved.
Preferred further developments are in the further claims described.
It offers for the foldable design of the stage element certain advantages if the stage covering can be folded overall is attached to the carrier or the support element. This Measure is special in this case, for example advantageous that on one below the top one Stage covering arranged stage covering material filed shall be. To hinder this process as little as possible, can the stage covering in this embodiment as a whole be folded back.
Alternatively, or, as is currently preferred, in addition to the feature described above, it is advantageous to Stage covering not only in the area of its attachment to the Carrier or the support element, but at one point along its extension in the direction of the building foldable shape. This makes it possible to only the front one Area of the stage covering either slightly or also fold back completely so that on the unfolded remaining area of the stage flooring is possible to stand and workers from there, for example, that Can set up the formwork. In particular after the front area of the Stage covering a collision and interference between this Area and the formwork elements to be set up prevented. Overall, as mentioned, the Train the stage covering to be foldable several times to cover all of the to realize the advantages mentioned above.
From a security point of view, it is preferred that the Stage element as an integral part of an Attachment state arranged on the back of the building Protective device is provided. For this protective device it has proven advantageous to remove them train so that after removing the protective device also a supply of material not only from above, but also from the back of the building, to any one Level, is possible.
Since the lateral dimensions of the invention Stage element does not match the dimensions of a building should be adjusted, but rather uniform is to be designed in a special Embodiment provided a stage element, the Stage covering and / or protective device if necessary has at least one telescopic compensating element, so that a gap to neighboring stage coverings and Protective devices can be closed, and that emerging stage system has a flexible width.
Although the use of a single stage element is conceivable, is of course preferred, from several Stage elements to build a complete stage system. In in the event that stage elements are used instead of of a carrier have at least one support element the stage system in addition to the several stage elements at least one carrier.
It is preferred for the wearer that there are several Stage elements, preferably one above the other, can be attached, so that there is a multi-level scaffold.
For the stage system described above with at least a carrier or that embodiment of the stage element according to the invention which has a carrier, it is preferred for the wearer to have it on its lower End is designed in such a way that the stage system or Stage element can be set up on a flat floor. By this measure ensures that the invention Stage system can be used in the same way as conventional facade scaffolding.
In addition, it is preferred that the carrier at its lower End is additionally trained on a console to be assembled. This will make the stage system or stage element according to the invention Climbing brackets guaranteed on which, preferably also multi-storey, the stage system according to the invention can be attached is. This means that even with climbing formwork systems, everyone can required activities, e.g. Reinforcing, setting up the Formwork, concreting and subsequent work by and be carried out from the same framework, the location of which is not needs to be changed.
For reasons of stability and usability as Realizing facade scaffolding is preferred that the Stage system or the stage element on a building can be anchored.
To the above usability for all required Activities, in particular setting up the To achieve formwork elements, it is further preferred that the stage system or stage element according to the invention is designed so that a formwork element can be anchored to it is.

Fig. 3).In Fig. 1 is in an unfolded state and one

einzubringen.From the
As in the course of the extension of the stage covering 22 in

Fig. 2 dargestellten, zusammengeklappten Zustand lassen sich
As can be seen from Fig. 2, the
übereinander mittels ihrer jeweiligen Trageelemente 18 an
Steckverbindung gekuppelt werden.FIG. 3 shows how three of those in FIGS. 1 and 2

Bühnensystem gemäß Fig. 3 an beiden seitlichen Rändern
jeweils einer vorgesehen ist (vgl. Fig. 6), handelt es sich
im wesentlichen um im Anbringzustand vertikal ausgerichtete
Streben, die durch geeignete Befestigungseinrichtungen 46 an
den in gleicher Weise gestalteten Trägern 16 weiterer
Bühnenelemente anbringbar sind, so dass sich ein
mehrstöckiges Gerüst mit jeweils frei auskragenden
Bühnenbelägen 22 ergibt. Auch bei dem dargestellten
Ausführungsbeispiel der zweiten Ausführungsform ist in dem
rückwärtigen Bereich eine Schutzeinrichtung 24 angebracht. This applies in the same way to that in FIG

5, the second is also

Träger 16 jeweils an beiden Seitenrändern vorgesehen.
in der Höhe jeweils um 2 m voneinander beabstandet sind.6 is in accordance with the representation of FIG. 3

Fig. 7 bis 9 ein Bühnensystem bestehend aus mehreren
Bühnenelementen der zweiten Ausführungsform gezeigt ist, und
dass selbstverständlich ebenso ein Bühnensystem bestehend aus
Bühnenelementen der ersten Ausführungsform verwendbar ist.In Fig. 7 is a side view of the use of
As can be seen in FIG. 7, the top stage covering is 22

Bereich 42 in vorteilhafter Weise derart teilweise
verwendbar. Zusätzlich können, wie im oberen Bereich der
Fig. 8 erkennbar ist, die Betonierarbeiten von dem
8 shows the advantageous usability of the
In Fig. 9 ist schließlich dargestellt, wie das
erfindungsgemäße Bühnensystem 10 in vorteilhafter Weise mit
einem Kletterschalungssystem kombiniert werden kann, das eine
Konsole 32 aufweist, auf welche das Bühnenschalungssystem 10
mit seinem untersten Träger 16 montierbar ist. Hierzu wird
das Bühnensystem 10 üblicherweise im weitgehend
zusammengebauten Zustand auf die mittels der
Klettervorrichtungen außen an dem Bauwerk angebrachten
Konsolen 32 gehoben. Nachfolgend ist das Bühnensystem 10 als
Teil des Kletterschalungssystems wiederum für sämtliche der
erforderlichen Arbeiten einsetzbar. Zunächst kann in der der
Fig. 7 entsprechenden Situation von den vollständig
Klettersystems Verwendung findet. In Fig. 9 is finally shown how that
Furthermore, the stage covering 22 can each have an integrated one Have access, so that in a scaffold that through numerous stage elements arranged side by side and one above the other 12 or 14 is formed by combination with appropriate ladder elements a complete step can guarantee.
Fig. 6), die an sich aus statischen
Steckgeländer 24 als Schutzeinrichtung eingesteckt.10 is an alternative in a side view
Embodiment of the
Hierdurch
können die einzelnen Träger 16 etwas leichter dimensioniert
werden, was deren Wirtschaftlichkeit erhöht.As can be seen from the lower area of FIG. 10, extends
in this embodiment of the
vorgesehen. Da sich der Bühnenbelag 22 bei der
Ausführungsform gemäß Fig. 10 im Bereich des oberen
Trägerendes des einzelnen Trägers 16 befindet, ist ein
Abklappen nach unten vorteilhaft, da hierdurch die
Dimensionen des einzelnen vorgefertigten und
zusammengeklappten Bühnenelementes 12 in zweckmäßigen Grenzen
In
Übereinstimmung mit den vorangehend beschriebenen
Ausführungsformen ist der vorderste Abschnitt 42 des
einzelnen Bühnenbelages 22 auch bei der Ausführungsform von
Fig. 10 nach oben klappbar.Another difference between the embodiment according to
Fig. 10 and the embodiment shown in Figs. 4 to 6
is that the
With regard to the
Finally, it should be mentioned that the one at the bottom of the
