Claims (9)

les éléments de contact enfichables (5), exécutés en tant que composants dits SMD, sont pourvus, chacun, de deux zones d'extrémité (5a, 5b) présentant chacune une section transversale rectangulaire, formant chacune, avec la surface extérieure d'une paroi extérieure, la zone de contact (5a', 5b'), et d'une zone centrale (5c), intercalée, présentant une section transversale correspondant à la section transversale des deux zones d'extrémité, et que, dans la zone centrale (5c) des éléments de contact enfichables (5), une cage de lames de contact cintrée, en forme de douille, est insérée. - Assemblage de connecteurs électriques enfichables selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de contact enfichables (5) présentent chacun, à chacune de leurs deux zones d'extrémité (5a, 5b), séparées l'une de l'autre par une zone centrale (5c) distancée de la surface (1a) du support, une zone de contact (5a', 5b') métallique qui, s'étendant parallèlement à la surface du support, est reliée, par un processus de soudage par re-fusion, à une zone de fixation (3a, 3b) métallisée, à surface adaptée à la zone de contact associée, se trouve sur la surface du support, au moins l'une des deux zones de fixation, associée à chaque élément de contact enfichable, étant reliée directement à une piste conductrice (2).

- Assemblage de connecteurs électriques enfichables selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les zones de fixation métalliques (3a, 3b), présents sur la surface (1 a) du support, sont exécutés en relief par rapport aux zones d'isolation environnantes (1a') du support (1).
- Assemblage de connecteurs électriques enfichables selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la zone de fixation métalliques, au moins prévue, associée à chacun élément de contact enfichable (5), est formée d'une pièce à l'une des pistes conductrice (2).
