Definitions
- the invention relates to a drilling tooth for earth working a tooth part and a shaft for releasable fixing in one Bracket for a drilling device.
- drilling teeth are used in drilling tools for earth bores used.
- the drilling teeth are arranged side by side in a drill head, that the straight boring teeth cutting in one plane lie, form a radial cutting line.
- the on a circular path bored teeth with one through the Alignment of the bracket fixed predetermined pressure angle on the drilling tooth cutting edges are in particular on the cutting line with changing soil conditions of different Strength and hardness very unevenly loaded, which uneven forces and moments are introduced into the drilling tooth become.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of specifying a Drilling tooth of the type mentioned, which provides an improved working result with different soil conditions.
- a tooth cutting edge of the tooth part outside a shaft centerline and a tooth cutting plane extends at an angle of attack to the shaft center line.
- This angular adjustment of the tooth cutting edge level the pressure angle of the drilling tooth can be dependent of the respective soil conditions through changing use different drilling teeth specifically adjusted and adjusted become. So different drilling teeth with z. B. two or three different angles of attack are used, which are fixed in the holders of the drilling tool.
- a drilling tooth 1 of a rotary drilling tool has a front one Tooth part 2 and a rear shaft 3 (see Fig. 1), which is cylindrical and for receiving in a bore 4 a holder 5 (Fig. 2) of the rotary drilling tool is provided is.
- a transition section 6 between the shaft 3 and the substantially wedge-shaped tooth part 2 has an im Cross section to a center line 7 of the shaft 3 elongated rectangular form.
- Two opposite shoulders 8, 9 on the bracket 5 see FIGS.
- Positioning device 10 which accommodates the rectangular Transitional section 6 allowed in two positions, the order 180 ° uni the shaft center line 7, which is also the center line the bore 4 is pivoted and in which the two opposite, longer side surfaces 6 'of Transition section 6 assigned to the inner surfaces 8 'and 9' are.
- the tooth part 2 is at the transition section 6 opposite Shaft center line 7 is pivoted so that a tooth cutting plane 11 of the tooth part 2 (see Fig. 1), the Plane of symmetry of the tooth part 2 forms and in which the tooth cutting edge 12 extends at an angle of attack of, for example Is pivoted 5 °.
- the intersection of the tooth cutting plane 11 with the shaft center line 7 lies approximately at the transition section 6.
- the tooth cutting edge 12 can in a conventional manner on a straight Line and from a continuous tooth element or out several adjacent tooth elements formed with interruptions his.
- the tooth element (s) is or are in particular made of hard metal.
- tooth part 2 shows an alternative design of the tooth part 2 shown, in which the cutting edge 12, for example five similar carbide toothed pins 13, 13 ', 13' ' is formed on a curved line in the tooth cutting plane 11 is so that the outer toothed pins 13 '' opposite the inner toothed pins 13, 13 'are reset.
- the cutting edge 12 for example five similar carbide toothed pins 13, 13 ', 13' ' is formed on a curved line in the tooth cutting plane 11 is so that the outer toothed pins 13 '' opposite the inner toothed pins 13, 13 'are reset.
- everyone Toothed pin 13, 13 ', 13' ' is in a recess 14 on the Correspondingly curved front edge 15 of the tooth part 2 is used and fixed.
- the two outer toothed pins 13 ′′ can be on the tooth part 2 in this way arranged and fastened that their cutting over the side edges 18 of the tooth part 2 protrude so that a lateral wear of the tooth part 2 is reduced.
- a transverse bore or through opening 19 is central in the Tooth part 2 is formed.
- a pen-shaped, for example Tool that is inserted into the through opening 19 can be, the drilling tooth 1 from its receiving position are pulled in the holder 5, one largely axial release force is applied.
- the drilling tooth 1 is in a known manner, for example by means of Clamping bush held detachably in the holder 5.
