- einer Veränderung der Struktur des Tons durch die Bildung von Aluminaten und Silikaten von Kalciumhydraten.

Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Bodenverbesserung mittels Einbringens eines trockenen Bindemittels über ein zuvor in den Boden abgesenktes Senkrohr (11), das ein zylindrisches Mantelrohr (12) und eine am unteren Ende des Mantelrohres liegende Klappe (17) aufweist, mit der folgenden Schrittfolge:dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während des Einblasens gleichzeitig Luft vom unteren Ende des Mantelrohres über ein in diesem längsverlaufendes Innenrohr (13) in die Umgebung austritt.das Senkrohr wird mit geschlossener Klappe bis auf eine vorbestimmte Tiefe senkrecht in den Boden eingetrieben,dem Inneren des Mantelrohres wird das trockene Bindemittel zugeführt,nach dem Füllen des Mantelrohres bis zu einer Teilhöhe mit trockenem Bindemittel wird das Senkrohr bei geöffneter Klappe unter weiterem Nachführen von Bindemittel aus dem Boden gezogen, wobei eine Säule aus trockenem Bindemittel im Boden entsteht, wobei das trockene Bindemittel mit Druckluft als Trägermedium in das Mantelrohr eingeblasen wird,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Füllen des Mantelrohres zumindest bis zu seiner halben Höhe erfolgt, bevor es gezogen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Luft über das Innenrohr aus dem Mantelrohr abgesaugt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vorab ein Gitterraster auf der Bodenoberfläche markiert wird, in dem jeder Rasterpunkt die Position einer Säule bestimmt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gitterlinien mit untereinander gleichmäßigem Abstand voneinander von zwischen 15 und 100 cm markiert werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Säulen mit einem Durchmesser von 100 bis 200 mm erzeugt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als trockenes Bindemittel Kalk oder Zement oder Mischungen daraus verwendet wird. - Vorrichtung zur Bodenverbesserung durch Einbringen eines Bindemittels, umfassend ein Senkrohr (11), das ein zylindrisches Mantelrohr (12) und eine am unteren Ende des Mantelrohres angeordnete Klappe (17) umfaßt, bei der das Mantelrohr an seinem oberen Ende mit einer Vorrichtung (15) zur Förderung des trockenen Bindemittels verbunden ist, wobei ein Drucklufterzeuger (45) oder ein Gebläse zur Förderung des trockenen Bindemittels mit Druckluft als Trägermedium in das Mantelrohr vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein im Mantelrohr längsverlaufendes Innenrohr (13) mit seinem unteren Ende frei im Mantelrohr endet und mit seinem oberen Ende aus dem Mantelrohr austritt und mit der Umgebung verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Sauggebläse zur Absaugung von Luft aus dem Mantelrohr mit dem oberen Ende des Innenrohrs verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Senkrohr an einem der Mäkler (33) eines Raupenfahrzeuges (32) befestigt ist.
