Claims (5)
- Elément de protection amovible d'une partie latérale en saillie d'un produit tel que le robinet d'un réservoir ou bouteille,
élément en forme de manchon (4), destiné à être enfilé sur la partie latérale en saillie pour être thermorétracté sur cette partie latérale,
caractérisé en ce quele manchon (4), initialement cylindrique, coupé d'une gaine rétractable (102), est préformé suivant la forme générale de la partie en saillie (1) ayant d'être enfilé sur cette partie en saillie, le manchon préformé n'ayant pas une forme cylindrique circulaire mais présentant une partie en forme de boíte en saille sur le côté à partir de la base,une extrémité (41) du manchon préformé (4) et une certaine longueur (423A) de celui-ci, partant de cette extrémité (41), ont une section légèrement supérieure à la plus grande section de la partie en saillie (1, 15),l'autre extrémité (42) du manchon préformé (4) présente un bord rentrant (422A) d'ouverture libre (421A) inférieure à la section de l'extrémité libre de la partie en saillie. - Elément de protection amovible selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le manchon (4) est préformé à la silhouette générale de la partie en saillie du produit avec d'éventuels renflements de positionnement. - Elément de protection selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le manchon comporte, sur au moins une partie de sa longueur, une bande d'arrachage (44A) réalisé sur la gaine. - Procédé pour la réalisation d'un élément de protection amovible selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce qu'
on réalise un mandrin (2) de la partie latérale en saillie (1, 15) du produit destinée à recevoir l'élément de protection (4, 4A) en donnant à ce mandrin (2) une forme telle que sa section à sa base et sur une certaine hauteur soit légèrement supérieure à la plus grande section de la partie latérale en saillie (1), on forme à l'extrémité supérieure du mandrin un élément cylindre de centrage (24), de section beaucoup plus petite que la section restante du mandrin (2) de manière à former, à la jonction de cet élément cylindrique (24) et du corps du mandrin (2), un épaulement périphérique (23),
toutes les parties en relief du mandrin, correspondant à la forme de la partie latérale en saillie, sont en dépouille à partir de la base,
on découpe dans une gaine (102) rétractable, une ébauche de manchon (104) de longueur au moins égale à la longueur du mandrin, on positionne l'ébauche de manchon (104) sur le mandrin, on rétracte ce manchon (4) sur le mandrin (2) pour lui faire épouser la forme et préformer le manchon suivant une forme non cylindrique circulaire avec, sur sa partie médiane, à partir de la base une déformation latérale en forme de boíte en saillie et on démoule le manchon ainsi préformé. - Procédé pour la réalisation des éléments de protection amovibles selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que
l'ensemble des opérations est réalisé (101, 102) automatiquement à partir d'une bobine de gaine préimprimée d'un matériau rétractable, pour produire des manchons préformés (104A) gardant une capacité de rétraction et qui sont empilés par emboítage partiel ou total pour être conditionnés dans un emballage d'expédition (401) destiné à un autre site.
